As the mother of the bride! I wanted nothing more than for my daughter and new son-in-law to have the perfect wedding day! Unfortunately, my family and bridal party spent much of the day working behind the scenes to manage issues and frustrations so the bride and groom could simply enjoy their special day. The biggest disappointment was the front desk staff! We found the front desk attendant to be rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist us when we needed directions for hair, makeup, and finding our way to join the bride upon arrival. We often felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by asking questions. To make matters worse, our photographers were repeatedly asked to leave multiple public areas while trying to capture wedding photos. We also had random men sent to our getting-ready suite by the front desk looking for a wallet reportedly left the night before! As the mother of the bride, already fully dressed with hair and makeup complete, I escorted them into the room where my daughter was preparing for one of the most important moments of her life. I even pulled out the refrigerator and searched with a flashlight for their belongings! When I asked where the front desk employee was who sent them, I was told she had simply instructed them to come search the room themselves. This was completely inappropriate and disruptive. Additional issues continued throughout the day. The bridal flowers did not arrive until approximately 40 minutes before my daughter walked down the aisle. The wedding cake arrived, but we were told it could not be stored in a refrigerator. One of the air conditioning units stopped working, which was especially uncomfortable given the Miami heat in June. We were also told cocktails would not be served until after the grand march, despite expectations that guests would have refreshments available beyond a glass of water and champagne. The bright spots of the evening were the wait staff, who were kind and attentive, and the DJ, who did an amazing job keeping the celebration fun and memorable. For the amount of money spent, we expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication, and customer service. While the wedding itself was beautiful because of the love shared by our family and friends, I would not recommend this venue based on our experience. read more

All we can say is that it is absolutely worth it! Our wedding was a real life fairytale! All of our guests were blown away and wish they could relive it! Our journey with Villa Toscana started two years ago, February 2021. We met with a variety of different wedding planners throughout the two years, which worried us at first. We were concerned on how many times we had new vendors but we also had to understand that our wedding was a while to go. By the time our wedding was about 6-7 months away we met with our vendors, Molmar Events. Luis and Aura were a pleasure to work with. Aura helped with all the decorations, floor-plans and timeline. Luis made sure the food came out hot and delicious. They also included the DJ, DJ Rames who is an absolute sweetheart. He made sure we had all the songs we wanted to hear and everyone loved his energy. Pricilla and Teonna were the ones who helped us out through emails and phone calls, answering all our questions. My husband and our family stayed at the Villa for two nights which made the whole experience even better. Pricilla coordinated the rehearsal and did a walk through of the ceremony. We also met the owners who were very friendly and made sure everything in the house was clean and ready for us. Overall, Villa Toscana was absolutely worth the drive deep into homestead, worth all the money for how much they included, the staff were very professional and hard working and the venue is breathtaking! 10/10 I wish I could relive that day again! read more

Booking our wedding at Villa Toscana was the best decision we made when it came down to choosing a venue. I knew we were looking for something special for a venue that would fit in our price range. I took a look at the website and was hesitant at first but figured it would probably be worth looking and they seemed to get great reviews. I knew right away I wanted to get married there. The property is gorgeous. Our wedding was beautiful and intimate. The service that was offered is not something you will find at most venues, at least we didn't when we checked out several others. They really know their stuff and are true professionals. Also things to mention which I really appreciated was having service of the Valet parking for our guests, the service and professionalism of the staff, the food was so delicious and the presentation was beautiful, even adding a flower to each plate! I felt I was almost hand held through the entire process. They answered all my questions, especially when we were coordinating times with our photographer and the locations. This is definitely one of the few valuable venues in florida! Me and My daughter traveled from New york to celebrate her 15th birthday party in November of 2020. We wanted to find a place big enough to host our family which extends to cousins, etc. She was currently into italy designs so, we were struggling to find a decent venue that could accommodate us. Fortunately this was before covid hit, however, it rained during our venue. The staff was fast at adjusting to the weather and they set us up in a giant tent outside where we continued the party. The entire Venue had Fairy like lights so we were able to stay late and ended up leaving at 11PM. We weren't sure if we should host our own catering but since we were out of state it wasn't easy to coordinate it ourselves so we chose to use their caters instead. Afterall we were aiming for an Italian themed party and they didn't disappoint! The food was terrific and it fit everyone's taste. My other Daughter actually fell in love with the venue and kept asking to host her party there as well. She's only 12 but the thought was very cute. Thank you so much to the staff! read more

I had my engagement party here and all I can say is WOW! It was a real life fairytale. This space looks like something out of a travel magazine. I had about 60 guests and almost every single one of them commented on the beauty of the event. The flowers and tablescape were perfect, the food was delicious!! The chef met with my fiancé and I personally to go over what we wanted on our menu and the flavors went beyond our expectations. The planner Marinelly was very hands on the day of the event she helped me perfect my little details and executed everything very well. The owners are also very kind and caring people. The Venue looks nothing like the website which I'd normally be disappointed about but the surprise on my face when i saw it in person was unmatched. I'm from Texas which is a few hours away and possibly a flight. Meaning the whole venue would be a surprise to me if i didn't come for a tour during April. Me and my fiancé have been looking for a venue that could fit my princess dreams and I couldn't believe all the changes they had done to make the place so magically enriching. They had gardens everywhere and the lagoona was to die for. I absolutely adored the place enough to talk my fiancé into booking us an overnight stay. I don't normally write reviews unless I'm totally disappointed or totally pleased. In this case I'm 100% (if not more) pleased to have chosen this place for our wedding day. The place is beautiful so it will make for beautiful wedding pictures but also the guests will love it as they can also get great pictures. The staff was great! I used their own vendor for decorations and food and it made all the difference in the world as these people were so so so professional, I also used their DJ and he was also awesome, and a violinist which was not part of the deal but was recommended and it made the wedding so dreamy. Juan Perez I've come to like this venue quite a lot due to having mixed feelings. Since the first time I visited in 2018 for my ceremony with my late wife. The service really wasn't what it is today. In the past we were stressing wedding plans because like most it was our first wedding however, fast forward to the present day and my daughter along with her wife wanted to get married in the same spot. And, the difference was insane. They built a greenhouse, gardens, lagoons, and even a huge tent since the last time I've been here. Not only that but they began providing stress free packaging with their own caters etc. This allowed my daughter to go on vacation before the wedding day and come prepared for her special day. I attended my cousin's engagement party at Villa Toscana and this is a truly spectacular venue for any special occasion. It is an immersive experience to explore Villa Toscana, from the butterfly greenhouse, to the secret garden, the Wynwood walls, and the Venice gondola ride--all within one place. As far as the actual event planning which my cousin told me it was done in-house at Villa Toscana, I would rate it 10/10.
