I sent a text around the 21st since I had not heard from him. He replied he messed up the patch and was waiting on materials. That was the last response I received from him after unanswered calls and texts. I went into his business this past Wednesday, Jan 24 for a refund. He did refund. I understand things happen. But he knew it was for a Christmas present. If he had at least apologized, I would not be writing this review. But that did not happen.
