The owner used to call back if a concern was expressed. Unfortunately, the service and quality has declined over the past six months. Their tri-color foam sprays have some sort of diluted substance, doesn't foam (see my video titled Bad Foam for this location). I have kept it at 4 stars because I feel the issues this location is facing can be fixed, and maybe they are just having a difficult time with things. The owner never returns calls left and issues aren't addressed when expressed (like the foam issue). By the way if you are reading this and you are the owner, feel free to contact me back at the number I left on your voicemail, and I may consider revisiting m review. My window sticker does not work, and after two tries we just decided to not attach it to the windshield but just hold it out of the window when approaching the wash. They have attendants wash the windshields and tires and the automated machines do the rest. I go about once per week. Convenient vacuums and rags and glass cleaner are available as well. So far, I have been happy with the service.
