I have used a local car wash company since we moved here 6 years ago. It's 5 minutes from my house and they do a pretty good job. My dad told me Canopy was better so I drove the 20 minutes to see. I will never go anywhere else. The line was a bit long but for the attention to detail by Cullen, I will never take a vehicle to anyone else. The staff was so friendly while we waited. When my car was done, it was so beautiful inside and out. Keep in mind this was my husbands 2008 SUV that we were getting ready to trade in. It's taken our family of 6 with 4 boys all over the country and is abused often. I didn't expect much of anything but it looked 8 years younger! We will be back! I've been coming here twice a month for the last 3 years and have had my car looking like I had it detailed every time except for once when they had a line wrapped out of the driveway and were so slammed that I can't blame them for missing a small spot between the seat and the center console. I have dogs whom I let in my car to go to daycare or the part quite often. These guys leave my car spotless everytime! I've been to other washes closer to my house before when I am pressed for time and I am always disappointed when i go other places. The facilities are very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have a huge selection of stuff to get for your car while you wait! This place checks all the boxes. Family owned, convenient location, great work and super competitive prices. For $28 you can get the Ultimate (top level - best) wash with Lexol. Most places charge an extra $10 or more to switch from Armor-All to Lexol. The business owner is ALWAYS on site and ensures you and your vehicle have the best experience. Also, you don't need to worry about leaving anything in your car because the workers are held to high standards and extremely trustworthy. If they even find money (that doesn't happen very often) in my car they will leave it in the cup holder for me. They also do custom detailing by appointment. Money well spent !! read more

I took my car in on Saturday morning. I did the ultimate wash. The outside of my car looked great, but the inside was lacking. It was pretty dirty, but nothing compared to what they have seen before I'm sure. After about 30 mins of waiting for a wash & 30 mins of them washing my car I think I could've done a better job. They left dirt on the head rests, didn't wipe down the back seats, did not vacuum in between seats, did not wipe down around the heat shift. I will go to Greenville Car Wash next time. read more

Great bang for your buck, there was a line that went out into the street but I didn't mind waiting because I had read it it would take about 30 minutes and that was accurate, as it was a pretty crowded day. Exterior was a nine out of 10 and the interior was a strong eight out of 10, but for a $27 interior/exterior car wash I was impressed. I will be back! read more

My little Elantra was sad and needed some sprucing up. I had yet to find a good car wash in Greenville that met the expectations of the beloved Constan Car Wash in Columbia. Canopy Car Wash on Wade Hampton is the place! Everyone was very nice and I didn't have to wait long... it was almost a shame too because it was a lovely day and you can sit outside on the benches to wait for your car. I got the "ultimate" car wash for $30 and it was well worth it. It was as close to detailed and you could get without the detailing. The car was super clean, inside and out. When they were done with my car the gentlemen waved a towel in the air and as I began to make my way to the car he laid a towel out on the ground so I could step on it before getting in the car. Absolutely lovely. The staff seemed to be happy and getting along well with each other too. I will 100% be going back there regularly so little Elantra doesn't get sad again! read more

Really great car wash, but expect to spend some time here - at least 15 minutes and probably more like a half an hour. The lines are usually long. The reason why: the service is exceptional. This is the most thorough drive-through car wash I've ever used. Canopy has a truly enormous team of people working on pre- and post-wash cleaning of the interiors. Expect to see 3-5 people working on your car, post-wash, and they take their time to do an excellent job. Plenty of seating inside and outside while you wait for your vehicle. Full range of price options here, from the very basic all the way up to all the bells and whistles. Restrooms are outdoors, and you must get a key from the cash register to use them. read more

I grew up going here. It's where we took our cars roughly every two weeks. I decided (after a few days of rain) to have my car cleaned here as a treat to it and myself. Paid for the $20 something dollar ultimate wash. Very disappointed. The paint looked excellent. However the rims of my car were still covered in dirt from the rain. I ended up getting home and having to clean them myself. Also, with this package you get a treatment of the dash/doors of your car. My black leather is now two tones where they wiped down roughly half of each door panel with solution- leaving bright streaks. The door panels and dash honestly looked better before I took it in. I wash my car by hand every week or two. It was not very dirty going in. Overall will not be returning here if this is what you get with the highest level wash. The gas station drive through ones do a better job on the rims. read more

I am so bummed. I always loved going to canopy but the last few times have been trash. I have come in the past two times and both passenger and driver seats were not vacuumed. The middle console was not cleaned or vacuumed. You can see dirt that comes off so easily even with a dry napkin. There was still dust all over my dashboard and cup holders not cleaned out. I always make it super easy for the workers and move everything out of my car so there should be nothing in their way. My car has looked dirty these past two times. I definitely will not be going there anymore and will tell my friends to stop going also. I don't pay over $30 to have to go through and clean my own car afterward. read more

I've been to canopy many times and have noticed a decline in quality over the last few visits. I got the ultimate car wash, which was to include washing floor mats and seats and such... I didn't see this when I quickly checked before getting in but noticed it when I got home and turned around, but there's a big splotch of dirt and a handprint right on the back seat. Pretty disappointed. That, and similar smudges of dirt in various places (sides of seats, inside of car door, streaks on the tops of Windows...combined with the rubber floor mats not having been washed at all, I probably won't return to canopy. read more

This is one of the closer full service car washes near me and so far, they have not let me down. They are one of the few that I have seen open on Sundays. A little pricey but I think it is worth it. I heard good things about this car wash but, upon paying for my car wash, a gentleman comes in behind the desk and starts complaining about one of the workers, to write him up, blah, blah, blah. I've been going to Canopy since 2004! I drive all the way from Piedmont, because I preferred Canopy over the others. I used to get the prestige wash, but moved up to the ultimate. I didn't mind the price increases over the years because the service was top notch. I am very disappointed in the service decline I've experienced this year. There were red rag threads left on my dashboard and windshield. There were wipe smears on the mirrors. The back seats still had a juice splatter on the side and on the door panels from my toddler's spills. The attendants seemed nice, but these are different car attendants since my last visit. The newer people don't seem to have the same pride, and work ethic as the former attendants. I always tip my attendant, but this was the first time, I've regretted my tip in all these years. I will not be returning since it is not worth the drive anymore to get a below average car wash. read more

Fast wash. Nice & friendly staff, but average service at best. I think they used old or dirty towels for wiping inside the car, or maybe the cleaning water was dirty, because after the service the interior of my car (which is new) smelled like old damp musty towels. :-/ read more
