I suspect one day that there will be a class action lawsuit as it pertains to the water bill, because the way they have it you're paying for your neighbors water as well as your own. Adding insult to injury, they also charge the tenants and extra $50.00 per year as a "service charge." Also, there is no property manager, so nothing to beautify and complaining about the filth falls upon deaf ears. The tenants have dirty, broken blinds, and shades in their windows, and most of the neighbors will store their junk on the balconies. This can include bicycles, mattresses, water, bottles, clothes, motorcycles, and anything, and everything that you could possibly imagine! Also, there is absolutely no fire security in any of the buildings. There are no fire sprinklers in the apartments, there are no fire extinguishers on site, or any other updated fire safety measures put in place. Middlesex Management does not take pride in their properties, the only thing they want is the rent, after that you are on your own. I moved into Edison Wood on 5/1/20 and I moved out on 10/1/22.

They did a wonderful job during the pandemic by instituting rules, closing common areas, cleaning and disinfecting and placing signage in all buildings. The 30-day period mandated by law for the return of a security deposit has passed, and I still have not received it. I sent an email to Gianna Diamond, the Resident Services Coordinator, but she NEVER REPLIED. I reached out to Melissa Romero and forwarded the email to her asking for assistance, but I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I called the office 28 times until Gabriela finally answered; she informed me that the management office DID NOT HAVE MY CHECK--that if I wanted to, I could come by to pick it up, but they didn't know when it would be ready, and that I should call them. This is illegal; withholding a security deposit for MORE THAN 30 DAYS is against the law. ABYSMAL MANAGEMENT ACROSS THE ENTIRE ADMINISTRATION.
