-ZERO noise insulation, you WILL hear you neighbors shower, walk and breathe…read more -They claim to be 'Smoke Free' but it smells like a marijuana dispensary when you walk around w/you kids, and their STAFF from office personal to mechanics smoke cigarettes in the front by the entrance sign. -There is always GARBAGE flying around (water bottles, candy wrappers, poop bags from dog owners, bags of chips etc.) no one cares to pick it up. One guy that drives around in a white Tundra truck "checking things out" is probably supposed to but doesn't do anything. -You will 100% NOT get your deposit back EVERYTHING is very POOR QUALITY and from regular use. Don' even try to dispute or argue with them. Just save your energy. No logic in what they say ever. They are losing all of their customers and hold on to ANY MONEY they can. -Maintenance people try literally try to intimidate you as to why you're calling them and to stop wasting their time. -I know prices may be attractive, but you will pay in the end by feeling stuck being miserable everyday, and for sure your DEPOSIT you will NEVER see. ***I can name so many more things but i am afraid if I do, people will not read and find this post too long.***

The apartment had everything we needed (they even accommodated us with a more privately situated unit as our dog has never been in an apartment complex) but more importantly the staff here honestly cares about their community! I lived in many an apartment complex in my 20s and has never encountered one got fosters such a sense of community and honestly cares about their residents... even their temporary ones! Any need I had (dishwasher repair, package acceptance at the office, etc.) was handled immediately and followed up with me after completion to ensure I had no further needs. As my husband is immunocompromised, we were unable to participate in any of the monthly events that they offer however, they beyond events that they put on to bring the community together (yoga every week, bouquet making for Valentine's Day, trivia night with snacks, potting & painting, decorating a flower pot and planting a plant into it etc!) I've never experienced another apartment complex that even has these types of events much less puts so much thought into them! The dog park on property was clutch as our dog is not used to having to be on a leash all the time ... so having an area where she can romp around and play was amazing! They also have plenty of grassy areas to walk within the property and dog waste bag dispensers all over the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and And cannot say enough about the staff , their communication, friendliness, and caring! 100% would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Margie in the leasing office has gone above and beyond expectations to be there when ever I reached out for anything. Mark who handles all of the property maintenance is responsive an knowledgeable, if he can fix the problem, he goes out of his way to address issues when they have come up for me. While no place is perfect, I'd say the grounds are well kept, feel safe here and do recommend Cedar Manor. Best!

If there is any maintenance that needs to be done in your home they make sure it is done in a timely manner. Michael is very attentive, helpful and useful. He has been taught many different task and he completes them all. Mark and Michael work well together and they make themselves available to help and assist any of the tenants!! Who can not appreciate a smiley Michael coming into your apartment/house/town house assisting Mark. This last year I have seen the growth in Michael, he has become a Mark, Jr. (LOL) They make a great pair!! Thanks for all your help Mark and Michael!!! It's unfortunate that they don't show the actual apartment you will be renting. Despite that I went forward with application because I needed something quickly and didn't seem too bad. Plus I really liked that it had a pool, gym and BBQ area. I applied was approved and signed a contract. Few days later I was told the listed date cannot be my move in date anymore because they cannot sign on a day they were closed. Which I understood, mistakes happen. I was then sent a new lease with a higher pricing........ why am I being charged extra because the office made a mistake is beyond me. (They could've at least mentioned that, lucky I read everything) I reached out to Lorin and she did change it to a sooner date that matches the price I agreed too. I don't know whats going on in that leasing office but by the end of the week I had 4 different leases sent to me all inaccurate to what was agreed upon. Due to the inconsistency, I decided to stop by and make sure we're all on the same page before my move in date. Lorin comes out to assist me. I try to explain why I was there as she cuts me off and says if you don't want to live here I can just refund your deposit... my response, was good to know that is now an option and she says I need to tell her now. Obviously, I wasn't going to make an irrational decision so I let her know I would not be moving in that same day by 5pm. It's hard finding a suitable place in our area sometimes but im glad i got out when I did! Ended up hearing similar stories from other tours. Negative energy really turned me off, cant even imagine how it would go if i moved in and needed help! Sounds like a nightmare lol Ended up finding a place and being approved that same day! So all in all, i guess I should thank you Lorin. Btw - I did receive my deposit and application fee back!

The maintenance guys always did a great job taking care of what ever needed to fixed in the apartment, which wasnt much :) or when I was locked out of my apartment and they came by to let me in The maintenance guy were always friendly, professional and did a great job. If I ever come back to NJ I would stay at Woodbridge Hill or recommend Woodbridge Hill to a friend. How do I know Woodbridge Hill is a safe, comfortable and a nice place to live I am living at Amberton Town House in Naples. 1. For some reason every month the rent changes 2. I couldnt rent for 12 months or it would be more money so now I have to rent for 15 months 3. someone broke into my place and took a shower, ate my food and left my place a mess 4. The gym is so small you cant swing a cat in the room. 5. The pool is smaller than what is one the website also one of the tenant every weekend uses the pool area with their friends, boom box, bbq and no one else can use the pool when they are there 6. There is no parking for guests, people race their cars up and down the street 7. My AC broke a week after I moved in and the maintenance guys could fix it for 4 days and gave me a portable AC in my place but it didnt work 8. My toilet would not stop flushing and it took the maintenance guys a week to come and fix it These things may seem like nothing or easy fix but these guys here dont compare to the work you and your team does at Woodbridge Hill. When I went to maintenance or management here they dont care about anything but rent here. I cant wait for my lease to be up so I can move. You should be proud of the work you and your team does because you really do care about your tenants. Thank you
