This is a "review" and "Thank You"...before "service" has even been performed. This morning I…read morepulled into a parking spot next to the most eye-catching truck. It ticked all my mental boxes as I made note for a future call. When I returned to my car, a neatly penned note and card was gently tucked in my door handle. The last round of icemessrainslosh found me to a panicked run into the hardware store for a wiper blade when the existing one popped off having frozen to the windshield....and maaaybe me forcing it and blahblahblah, okay I probably broke it. In the icemessrainslosh I popped on the snazzy looking "RainX" replacement blade and, for a few weeks, have been "on my way". Sure it's looked pretty cool with that yellow "RainX" strip; but, for a $26 wiper blade, it was NOT terribly effective....I had, repeatedly, forgotten more times than I remembered to look up the directions at which I did not look when I popped it on to discern the probable ID10T error." On seeing my still girded blade, Nate could have simply gone on with his muffin and day with a shake of his head at the silliness. He didn't. Instead, he left a neatly penned note and card, gently tucked in my door handle letting me know the yellow strip was a protective cover, in the event I'd not left it for a particular reason. He took the care, and time; made a difference, a new fan, and loyal customer before "service" has even been performed. Next muffin is on me, Nate!

I gotta grab my child out of the backseat. I don't know what happened before his day but he already seems annoyed like I'm bugging him for something I say sorry?? Like I did something wrong lol and he just says it's whatever. Before I could even make it to a seat inside this guy is spinning my tires into the garage. now I know you've driven trucks before cause I'm not the only truck there.! The screech was so loud that I said WTF? as I'm walking to the waiting room seems like they were shocked too. I just shake my head and sit down and wait. The guy calls me over about five minutes later to get all my information. And then asked if I want my cabin air filter changed or my other air filter changed and I say no. Well, now the oil change is done and I go to go leave and I go to turn on my AC but now it's making this loud humming sound and vibrating from the glove box I couldn't explain it but as I'm leaving, I was like maybe it's cause I'm on a hill even though it's never done that before I was just trying to think of what it could be I get home. It's still vibrating and making a humming sound so I open it up. Take out the cabin air filter to find that he snapped off one of the clips that hold my glove box divider together. The only way I could see this was sticking my phone in there and recording it because it's such a shallow slot. I remove the piece. The vibrating is gone and it's not as loud but now I still have a lighter humming sound. I would've been better off taking my car to McDonald's because at least I would've only dealt with one clown. This place is completely unprofessional for a first time experience. I'll never try to save 20 bucks again back to Valvoline go Thanks a lot smh.. NEVER AGAIN!!

My daughter lives on the cape and went to inspect my vehicle at this establishment. She calls me…read morewith questions, and felt something was not right. The took the vehicle inspected it, took the fee and said she was all set. She had no paperwork, or receipt for the visit. The re-inspection date was six months out. This is usually twelve months. I called them directly and asked for clarification, and they said they would have to look into it. He told me to bring the vehicle back, but my daughter was already on her way home. She was not pleased, with this and was on her way to work. She arrives with the vehicle and the manager I presume, had to ask one of the employees what had happened to get the facts straight. After pressing the employee, my daughter got to the bottom of this. The employee stated that because the vehicle was not inspected last year, they could only issue a six month re-inspection. She said why not a twelve month as is it supposed to be? She said we had to pay for last years an this year to do that. My daughter said, that is fine and paid for two years and now we had a one year re-inspection as usual. The moral of this story is that incompetency is everywhere. They could have easily asked her which option she would like to chose, but instead they just did what they thought was easiest. My daughter spoke the the manager and the employee and none of them gave her and apology for wasting her time or informing her of the unusual circumstances. It is hard enough for a young lady to help her dad out with the regular maintenance of a older vehicle, but she should not have to be an expert in everything, including other people just doing their simple job. This isn't rocket science, but as service declines and everyone's time is valuable. I find that I am compelled to write this review. I normally would not care this much about this detail, but everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect and for me the "Golden Rule" is the best standard that there is. This is a perfect example of a failure, that could have been easily avoided with just letting my daughter know that she had a decision to make, instead of and making a assumption and making an ass of themselves. Go anywhere else!!!
