While I commend that, I do love a spinach calzone with no cheese but oh well. I had a falafel bowl instead and the falafel was good and I liked the hummus. The portion was a good size too. I just wasn't a huge fan of the rice pilaf, it tasted more like very lightly seasoned rice and not pilaf. I'd definitely go back and get lettuce and fries as my base or get a falafel wrap. I was pleased with the Greek spinach pie which was different from an Italian spinach pie. It was a flaky phyllo exterior with a filling of baby spinach, and feta and ricotta cheese ! Hubby had a fantastic entree, a well-cooked orso pasta with tenderloin tips in a delicious red sauce. Two other guests at our table were thrilled with the spinach pie and equally delighted with the huge Italian grinder filled with ham, provolone, salami, capicola, and sopresatta. Also available were a number of non-alcoholic drinks, extras, soups, and salads. There were many comfortable areas with tables for four so eating one's meal was relaxing along with chatting with friends. The waitstaff never rushed anyone which made the experience a great one.

Woven pendant lights hanging at the right intervals. Plants everywhere that actually work instead of looking like an afterthought. Someone put real thought into making this place feel modern and welcoming, which matters when you're trying to pull off a menu that spans continents. Looking at what they're actually doing makes sense once you understand the concept. The chicken tikka pizza. The lamb keema pie. The spicy donner option. That's where their expertise lives. That's what they know how to cook. The margherita exists because the competition requires it, not because it's their signature move. And you can tell. What arrives looks fine enough. The cheese melted properly. Some color where it should be. But the first bite reveals a pizza still finding itself. The dough eats doughy.
