This is the worst Agency I have ever worked with. It was not too bad when Joe was running it but in…read morethe last year or so the new manager is totally inept. I will call and get the agents are on other calls all the time and then they never return the call. My latest issue has been going on now for some 7 months. I had someone back into my truck at a parking lot. It was a very small amount of damage. I almost did not even have it fixed. But I decided to get it taken care of as I was going to keep the truck. The tail gate had a small ding as did the bottom of the rear quarter panel. I was told that the in network repair shop was Gerber collision. So I took it there. The work was subpar, things like they painted over the Landers Toyota sticker and you can see the faint outline of it on the tail gate. The big issue came in three days later when I noticed that dust was building up on the truck. I used the windshield wipers and it would not remove what I thought was dust. I checked the windshield and it was over spray. I noticed then that it was in fact all over the truck. I contacted the shop [Gerber Collision] and they said to bring it in. I did and I was told that it was not their fault for the over spray. I said that it was not that way when I took it in and now I got it back it was covered front to back. I contacted Joe Force Allstate and they said I had to submit another claim as I could not prove it was Gerber Collision's fault. So I paid another deductible and the shop [Gerber] had the truck for a month. They sent it to their "detail " shop and they tried to clay stick out the over spray. They failed and sent it back to Gerber. Gerber then tried to clay stick it out and failed. Then Gerber called me and said they needed to sand the whole truck and polish out the sanding marks. They over sanded the top and had to repaint that with clear coat. There was burn through on several parts of the finish and they called it good. There were parts of the clear coat missing. The head lights looked like they were tinted with Nicotine, like you would find in a smokers house. I told Gerber and they said it was because they were cheap after market lenses. I told Gerber that may be but I put them on myself 1 month before I took the truck in to their shop for the tail gate repair and they ware not used but brand new and crystal clear. They gave the truck back and it was worse by far from when I first took it to them. Now the shop I took the truck to for repairs on the mess Gerber has made, said to come pick up the truck as it has sat at the their ship for several days and they have had no contact from Allstate, and told me they do not want to work with them as they are not communicating with them. I have never had such a Cluster in dealing with a claim. I should have only paid for one deductible but I paid for two and I should have gotten my truck fixed not messed up. Joe Force Allstate is a very poor outfit and I can not recommend them. Very frustrating experience. I can only wonder how their service would be if something like loss of a home would be when. you really need them.

Avoid This Agency - Five Years of Loyalty for a $0 Payout…read more I have been a loyal policyholder with Shelley Parson for the last 5 years, watching my premiums steadily climb year after year. I recently had to file my very first roof claim, only to find out they dated my roof at 44 years old in their system. When I originally took out this policy, I explicitly told Shelley that the roof was 10 to 12 years old, exactly as my professional home inspector had verified. Because of their massive dating error, depreciation and an insanely high deductible kicked in, leaving me with absolutely zero money to help with the replacement. To make matters worse, the customer service has been insulting: The Audacity: Shelley actually told me that once I pay out of pocket to replace the roof myself, I should "be sure to let them know" so they can cover it moving forward. The absolute gall. The Brush-off: She claimed she would "look through her records" to see if I ever followed up with proof of the roof's age 5 years ago. We all know how that goes. Because of this pending claim mess, I feel stuck with her for the moment while she continues to pocket my rising premiums. Do yourself a favor and find an agent who actually keeps accurate records and protects your investment when it counts.
