I didn't know if it was the motor or what. So naturally I reached out back to harmony for help. I called Caesar's number and it went to voicemail. He states in his voicemail that he won't listen to messages so he asks that you text him instead. So that's exactly what I did. He has yet to respond to me and that was about 2 weeks ago. So yes, the customer service will be great until they get your money and then they're done with you. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Find someone or a company that cares about their customers even after the fact that they received payment.
