The woman who I was speaking to apologised and said it should only be a few more minutes. THEN this 20 something barely out of diapers much less any kind of medical training has to step in with some nonsense of "well it is within 15 min of your appt - you just must have arrived early!" I tuned out the rest of her diatribe...no lady my time keeper says it's now 25 min past my appt... Get into the room and get asked about my meds 3 of the 5 should already be on file and I get chastised like a child for not knowing precisely what milligrams of each of five medications I am on I am ingesting. And that next time I should cart them with me so they'll know. Uhm call me later when I'm at home {so my meds aren't exposed to wild temperature changes in the car} and I'll tell you and it will be in my file so we never have to discuss it again. I sit in the room basically ignored for almost half an hour when there are 3 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners in this office. I'm being assaulted by cheesmo 50's music in the exam room. I actually had enough time to almost fall asleep 3 times on the exam table. Finally when I get back from using the toilet the NP is in there she looks me over decides on drugs and vanishes. I sit for another 10 min waiting for the paperwork for the 'scripts and check out to arrive. 8:30 am appt and I didn't leave until nearly 10 am If I didn't think it would be no different at any other GP's office I'd switch but why bother to get more of the same old same old

I would advise you to stay away from this place. I visited the clinic for a PCR COVID test for my elderly mother which was needed for her travel. I paid $155 for an expedited test, for which results were GUARANTEED in a twelve hour period. This was very important, because the Airline required that the test results be sent out 36 hours before the flight. The next day, when I didn't get the results in time, I contacted the clinic so they would send the results. They ended up sending them almost 24 hours after the test, at which point the Airline did not accept them. Since all flights were full, I ended up having to buy a brand new ticket, and would need a new test. I contacted the clinic again, politely asking them to either refund me or make the new test free because their inability to deliver the results in the agreed upon time caused my mother to miss her flight. At first they were friendly and said they would look into it. They gave me an appointment so we could have the test done again. After I didn't hear from them, I followed up and called again. At this point they informed me that they would not only not refund me, but would charge me for the second appointment. When I expressed that I didn't think that was the right thing to do, they hung up on me. Overall, terrible experience. Zero accountability and terrible service. Visit them at your own risk.
