My kids have been seeing Dr. Morgan for several years now and we've always had a great experience. Most recently, I called the emergency line and Dr. Morgan came in on her day off to evaluate my daughter. We regret going to Dr. Morgan. We would advise against going to this practice. Recently, we went in to fix a problem for one of our children and left with an even worse outcome. We were caught off guard, as traumatic, and were given a hasty explanation when it occurred. The follow-up communication was poor and at times argumentative. We switched providers for all our children after this experience and are still dealing with the aftermath. This was not the first negative experience with this practice. We should have switched earlier. Dr Morgan also told us on two occasions "that this has never happened in my career". Read the reviews here on google and on Yelp, and you will see a clear pattern of behavior. We rarely give reviews or complain, but we felt compelled after our experience. read more

We keep having the worst experience with the Admin staff - rude, unprofessional and lacking knowledge in current HR and insurance tools and frameworks. Completely unwilling to cooperate, grandstanding customers in front of other customers, throwing papers at them and using "you will pay out of pocket" as the answer to everything. We've never been late to an appointment or had a cancellation, and never needed anything other than a cleaning and an x-ray, but the moment we step foot in the practice they always find something to scold us about. I wanted to talk to the practice manager about today's experience, but after reading the reviews it's clear where this attitude is stemming from. read more

The worst experience I've had with a dentist ever... she did a really bad job with my son's filling and when I asked her a few questions on how to avoid making this mistake again she started screaming and being extremely aggressive towards me! She was so rude, we will never go there again! I'm really not sure how such unstable Dr is suppose to see kids. She made my son cry. read more

I'm actually here to say that Dr. Morgan is NOT a good dentist to bring your children to. She is very rude, did not introduce herself to me, does not encourage the parent to be present during care and is not understanding if you question something she recommends. My son had two cavities that needed to be filled and we did the first one with nitrous and then he requested to the second without. He did well despite feeling anxious about it, but Dr. Morgan was fit to be tied that we chose to not do it with nitrous. That being said the hygienists at the practice were lovely and provided great care. But steer clear... Dr. Morgan should not be providing care to children. read more

I can't speak highly enough of this wonderful place. The people, the welcoming, kid-friendly office, the thoughtful and multi-step process to making kids feel at ease. My daughter is really shy. And, pandemic isolation hasn't been easy. So bringing her to Village Pediatric for her very first dentist appointment was not something I was overly excited about. We were also looking for a place that had solid precautions in place, as we have high-risk family members, and that can be hard to find. My husband and I both took our daughter to her first appointment (we didn't know how she would do). When we left, we just looked at each other and laughed - it was so easy, so welcoming. Nicole, the dental hygienist, who is amazing with kids, started us off in the comfort room, where she talked through what to expect with stuffed animals and lots of patience. When our daughter was at ease, we moved to the dentist chair, where Nicole continued to be gentle and patient. Then, Dr. Morgan came in to finish the exam, and was also so gentle and understanding. I can't believe how well our daughter did. I'm so grateful to this practice. read more

The office staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable and had a good experience. They took their time in explaining everything and gave great recommendations. They took the fear out of going to the dentist. Right from the start of your child's visit to the end village pediatric dental made sure our son was comfortable. This is the place to bring any child, especially young kiddos with sensory issues. Cheryl, Samantha and Dr. Morgan are all amazing! They are very educated ( and compassionate) with working with kids of all abilities, and will adapt the visit to ensure your Little one has total comfort and support. Dr. Morgan explained everything to the parents and child and connected with all of us to ensure that we are all on the same page- I wish I had this dentist office when I was younger! I was nervous bringing my 2 year old to the dentist for the first time. She's not a fan of going to the doctor so I feared the worst! Wow - from the moment of walking in, she was captivated. The welcome was wonderful and there was lots to keep her entertained in the waiting room. And the actual dental visit was a joy! Dr Morgan let her look at everything and try things out and built a great rapport with her - they even held hands walking to the dental chair :) My daughter wants to go back to the dentist tomorrow! My toddler just had his first appointment here. We had started at a different dentist and I wasn't impressed so we checked out Village Pediatric Dental and WOW! Dr Morgan had a great approach with my son and made the appointment as kid-friendly as possible. He was engaged and interested the whole time. She also made a point to educate me on how to best care for his teeth at home. They also have state of the art technology and a beautiful, clean kid-friendly office. I was super impressed. I took my kids here for the first time last week (we are new to the area) and I was completely impressed by this practice. The practice is decorated beautifully and the waiting room and prize wall is kid heaven! The dentist and hygienist were so kind with the kids and made sure they felt 100% comfortable before they started the cleanings. My little one is very apprehensive about change and even he was put at ease. I can't speak highly enough about this place. Wow, I can not say enough about this practice, I am truly blown away by how amazing it is. First off, the practice is immaculate, I am a Nurse, so cleanliness is huge to me, and it is beautifully decorated and so inviting for children. My youngest has special needs, and gets anxious in new situations. This was not an issue today, she was shown the basic dental tools in a fun learning environment using a stuffed dog, there were lots of giggles. My daughter had to have a chunk of skin laser'd from her gum, she was nervous about being numbed, as it has been uncomfortable for her in the past elsewhere. She did not even flinch, she felt no pain, she watched a movie, and had sensory putty to play with, I have never seen her so relaxed. She is now home happy and relaxed, and I am such a content parent because my child is happy. Not only will we be returning to this practice for her to have the 3 teeth wiggled out that she needs, but we are transferring her here all together now along with her older sister. I can not express how amazing Dr. Morgan is and how grateful I am that we found her a couple of years ago... Recently, we found ourselves in need of emergency dental care when my daughter was playing in her first field hockey game of this season, and was struck in the mouth with a field hockey stick, breaking her front teeth so they were left still in her mouthguard! I called Village Pediatric Dental as we rushed my daughter out of her game and I could not believe that my call went immediately to Dr Morgan and she picked up right away!! She met us at her office minutes later and this was after office hours at night!! She was absolutely amazing and fixed my daughters teeth so quickly and perfectly. They were her 2 front teeth and and we were just horrified, but Dr. Morgan truly was our hero because she fixed her teeth and her smile. I can't possibly recommend this dental practice and Dr. Morgan enough. I can't stress enough how thankful I am that we found her because you never think you'll need emergency dental work for your kid's, and I can honestly say, I was so fortunate to find Dr Morgan and be able to have a dentist like her when this happened to my daughter. She is the best!!! The office is immaculate and the staff is super friendly. Just knowing if you ever were in an emergency situation and you have a dentist that will take such amazing care of your child's teeth... that's priceless.
