I am a dentist and have had patients in common with Dr. Kare. I have known of his high level of care and reputation within the dental community. At my initial consultation I was asked what my concerns were. Dr. Kare presented a treatment plan that was conservative. I was in need of a filling and a few crowns that were in my smile zone. My teeth are characterized and the restorations created blend seamlessly with my natural dentition. My experience with the treatment phase was comfortable throughout. All my care was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this practice. The original dentist had retired so needed to find a new one. Called Westford Family Dentistry, explained the situation and they got me right in. A couple of other dentists had said it would be a month before they had openings for a non current customer. Once there I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, Dr. Tom (Schofield) put me right at ease and explained what needed to be done, he was able to salvage the old crown saving me another visit. He and the assistant took extra time to make sure I was totally comfortable before procedure. Actually squeezed X-rays and a check up in while waiting for the novocaine to kick in. If you're normally apprehensive about dentists, this is your place. Would highly recommend Dr. Tom and the Team at Westford Family Dentistry. I'm actually going back for a cleaning this week, something I haven't had for years.

I later was told I can only be a patient if I do not cancel again. mind you we have been a patient for years w 0 issue. we paid the fee to be reinstate being a patients. we were all seen numerous times since w no issue. this past week I had to cancel again due to a medic issue. I spoke w receptionist explained and asked if this was ok due to what happened over the winter I was reassured no issue at all and she kindly resched. the following weekend received a certified fired from the practice again letter. I called this am to explain what had happened, the male receptionist could care less. hardly listened. I cancelled my entire families future appts. he said he'd get to it. medical emergencies are out of patients hands sometimes. as I was a patient there there were a few occasions they canceled appts due to weather or other circumstances which I understood and never once complained. this entire situation clarified my family and I were just a number in this place not patients they care for. we already found a new place who were kind and understanding.
