Every person I've worked with, from the Doctors to the front desk have been phenomenal! They go out of their was to assist in any way possible. The pool therapist, Traci(y?), is top notch, I find myself going over the hour because we start laughing and talking. The people who are in therapy with me start getting into the conversations, then it really gets interesting! So, bottom line is that these are amazing people to work with, so much so, that my sister-in-law and wife have started seeing these guys for their injuries. I would recommend to anyone that truly wants to feel better, and have a laugh or two while doing it.

They have many different therapists and they rotate them so you have numerous therapists treating your condition which I believe helps tremendously in regards to ensuring they try everything they can to get you back to normal. The exercise routines they have put me on are helping and combined with the many different treatments they use I am in much better shape than when I began my treatment. They have used a variety of treatments on me to include electrical stimulation, cupping, massage, chiropractic adjustments and most importantly DRY NEEDLING! The next time I came to therapy it was for my severe scoliosis. My therapist was Eric Blackstone. How can you not like this guy, he's great. Not only is he great but he's caring and versatile. After meeting Eric I didn't want to meet with anyone else. The staff was still excellent. Requesting medical documentation was easy. Horrible dishonest billing practices…read more They have sent me notices, bills, and collections letters for appointments from more than 2 years ago. When I contacted them, they had not even run the bill through my insurance company they verified on the phone that they had on file, some of the appointments that they were trying to bill me for I did not even make. They are just trying to take your money. They have (had) good therapists, but the billing department is dishonest and will wait years to bill you for stuff you can barely remember. Be careful with them, do not trust them, and track everything you do with them so you don't end up with crappy collection letters and call years after the fact.

Each session's exercises were printed out and given to me so work could continue at home. Ki's attention to posture and safety when doing exercises was very much appreciated. After about 6 weeks working with Ki and out of surgery for about 4 months, I could do full plank, partial push ups. At about 6 months from surgery and working at home, I can now do 2 full plank push ups. I'm a 71.5 year old woman. I credit Ki for my rather fast recovery and for keeping me highly motivated, interested, safe from injury, and challenged.
