My sister wanted pizza from here Wednesday night so I told her to call and order and I would pick up on my way home. Also I told her since their orders of spaghetti was on the small side order me 2 orders but only one piece of bread. She called and gave the order to April and they said they would out a double order on one plate. I was coming from Vidalia so I knew it should be ready when I got there. I pulled to the drive through and I had to wait on the car in front to get there order and leave. I paid for my order to the very young man and he asked me to pull back around because my order wasn't quite ready so I did. Three vehicles was ahead of me and I stayed in line another 15 minutes. Finally the young man came out with the order 1 pizza and 1 plate of spaghetti and I questioned where was the other plate and he told me what was done. He had me look at the plate and there may have been a handful and a half of spaghetti, it would not fill a six year old. I told him no it was not right and he agreed. He took the plate back in and after several minutes he came back out and said it was a double order. I demanded my money back and in the mean time I called my sister and she called them someone besides April talked to her and said the pans they make the spaghetti in are very small. Don't try and push half order n someone and charge for a double. They did give my money back but I'll never go here again. What they say is a full order of spaghetti is a cheat and what they claim was a double order is just down right ridiculous. I have been so disappointed lately. I was ordering once or twice a week. For several weeks things have been slipping. About a month ago I ordered a pizza that had no sauce. I love their breadsticks, so I said no more pizza from here. I started ordering a Chef Salad and bread sticks. The tomatoes were getting old. I tried the salad a few more times. Not so good. Gave me mostly mayonnaise for ranch dressing. This past weekend I ordered wings for the first time. Nova pointed me to the back parking lot and said that she would bring them to me...I sat there waiting for a while no Nova. I drove back to the window and asked a young girl about the order. She brought the order to me and I told her what Nova said about bringing them out. She must have been busy she said. I had paid Nova already so I went home with the wings. Got home and it looked like someone had spit on the box. Ok Nova. You had to hit me with a brick. I had thought that some things were running low and they were being substituted. Not any more. I wish I could give them zero stars since I actually didn't eat here but now here I am writing this. I came in with some coworkers workers for lunch and there was a lot of people that came in at the same time. You can tell that in this little town, that they are ill equipped to handle big rushes. The first thing the lady said was that there wasn't enough seats and not everyone would get served. :( they have a salad bar and the pizza is served buffet style. I didn't even get a chance to look over the salad bar as I noticed there wasn't any pizza ready and what was there was almost gone. I'm talking maybe out of a medium sized pizza two slices left. Then one of my coworkers asked me if I had even sat down yet and I said no why? We could not fit in the booths. None of us are overweight and two of us are really tall so there should be no reason why we could not sit down. We decided to leave and go somewhere else and then got told we walked out without paying. HOW CAN I PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT EAT!!!! So we ended up paying for food that we did not touch and that is another reason I will not be going here and letting everyone I know not to eat here as well. read more

The place is an absolute dump. I passed it and turned around because it looked like I was going out of town and didn't think I'd see anything else for a while. Ordered a philly cheese steak and was asked if I wanted it on a hoagie or a croissant. Just the first of many warning signs. As I waited on my food, started noticing a lot of bad things. The vinyl letters on the buffet were half peeled off, with entire letters missing. I was shocked when I looked up and saw the dust caked onto the blades of the ceiling fans. They haven't cleaned those things for months, if not years. The guy at the old pizza oven was grabbing the pizza pans with vice grips. Other weird things and a general nastiness just gave up a skeevy vibe. The fries were cooked in old and burnt oil and served with packets of Hunts Ketchup, the clear second choice of ketchup. Pizzas here are very good. They also have a very nice salad bar and a hot bar where you may choose from several different pizzas or some killer hot wings. The staff is friendly and the service is good. An enjoyable place for lunch or dinner! read more

Gets crowded at lunch time. If you show up during the middle of lunch be prepared to wait for pizza. Pizza, wings, and salad bar are great. I personally love their ranch dressing and am quite fond of their salad bar. Restaurant is a little dated but clean. read more

Today I had the worst experience at Village Pizza in Reidsville, GA. While dining I was visited by a very large roach that took interest in my meal. After notifying the lady at the register I moved, and watched as this roach proceeded in walking the full extent of the booth. It took several minutes, and several harsh looks from the staff before something was done with the roach. As I stood in line to pay for my food, I and the others accompanying me received very nasty looks from the staff. As I paid for my food the lady at the register took it upon herself to tell me that we over reacted to the roach. My exact words were "I'm sorry, but I am not used to dining with roaches". She then proceeded in telling me about the origin of roaches or that roach in particular. Instead of making me feel better about my experience there she proceeded in chiding me and those accompanying me on how to act when approached by a roach in an eatery. read more
