I wish I could give zero or negative stars…read more Got connected to a man who claimed to represent Redline, and when asked to confirm if they are a partner of Liberty Mutual and other insurance companies (like Progressive, etc), he said yes and asked whether I was an insurance holder or was looking to be insured. I said I was looking for auto insurance and had a LM quote online, but when wanting to move forward with my quote, it said to call an 800 number... and then when calling that 800 number, it said to get a quote online and didn't connect me with anyone to move forward with purchase. Very circular. I just want some damn insurance. I called a local LM branch, which redirected to "Redline Insurance Services", and once I tried to politely communicate all of this to the Redline rep, he hung up on me. I called back, and when I asked again if Redline was a partner agency to Liberty Mutual, he changed his answer to deny that they represent LM, and then before I could respond, he hung up again. He also hung up several more times when I called back. Obviously he's a liar and coward. Wonder who pissed in his cereal this morning. The line says that calls are recorded for quality purposes. I sure hope so with morons like that tarnishing the quality and customer service of your brand so brazenly. If I knew the person's name, I'd blast him here. He's quite lucky. The customer ain't always right, but I damn sure am. Given the other shady reviews here and elsewhere online, I'd stay far away from this smooth brained brand. You've been warned.

I called customer service to cancel & to Explain the situation but was put on hold then got disconnected, tryed calling back 7x but didn't let me get thru. just the same recording. & this was the very next day not even 24hrs yet. NOT 5DAYS LATER. The point is why would a insurance agent insure a policy with A suspended registration & expired drivers license- but still took my $$. that's illegal & fraudulent! Taking other ppls hard earned $$ to have ppl take it & made no effort to even help me. Including my agent, asked her u cannot help me? She said "No"! Then hung up. Im unemployed & its difficult tryn to make ends meet just to throw away $180.00 for nothing. & unaware of any cancellation, broker, filing image fee etc when theyI shouldn't of took my $$ 4 payment or been eligible for any insurance policy in the 1st place.
