TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.. I needed liability car insurance bcuz i was planning on getn my car registered the same day..walked in the office Obtained freeway insurance down payment of $180 not knowing my registration was suspended & my license was invalid per dmv the next day. I called customer service to cancel & to Explain the situation but was put on hold then got disconnected, tryed calling back 7x but didn't let me get thru. just the same recording. & this was the very next day not even 24hrs yet. NOT 5DAYS LATER. The point is why would a insurance agent insure a policy with A suspended registration & expired drivers license- but still took my $$. that's illegal & fraudulent! Taking other ppls hard earned $$ to have ppl take it & made no effort to even help me. Including my agent, asked her u cannot help me? She said "No"! Then hung up. Im unemployed & its difficult tryn to make ends meet just to throw away $180.00 for nothing. & unaware of any cancellation, broker, filing image fee etc when theyI shouldn't of took my $$ 4 payment or been eligible for any insurance policy in the 1st place. Why would I want to insure a car that would be illegal to drive, 4me to drive on any street?? & Isn't it true if I would of caused an accident wouldn't of been able to make a claim bcuz my drivers license wasnt even valid (bcuz my Dr. Supposely placed a hold bcuz of a condition I have per dmv) this is all so unreal right now But most importantly im requesting my $180.00 back from freeway insurance once again & hopefully a district manager or supervisor will look into this & reimburse me 4this whole big mistake This wasnt my fault & im just requesting any help with my refund nothing else! Great coverage, wonderful staff, Roxanne was very helpful and made my experience very easy and quick.

Horrible service I was provided with today. The representative I spoke with was horrible and disrespectful. He said "if we can insure you no one can because we have all companies in California." Then followed by him hanging up on me. All because I thought the down payment was high. Horrible don't recommend it and I will never call them again.
