I checked the price online and it was about $400 cheaper delivered. When I asked Ron about it, his answer was simply "well when it breaks, who will you call for service"? Ok, I understand that and I do see some validity in that claim. I also try to support small local business, so I had them do it. Fast forward, heater breaks, need service. No less than 20 phone calls to Pinch a Penny and even 2 store visits. "Oh Ron will call you", and "yes he knows and will be in touch". Yeah. Horseshit. Never a word. Ever. I hate to say an entire organization sucks because thats unfair. But Pinch a Penny and the owner Ron on Dundee rd sure do!

We were told that we could set up a auto payment and that we would be sent an email alerting us when service had been completed. We got an email, and payment was deducted but service had not been done. After speaking with someone at the store, they returned our money and promised they would go out and clean the pool. They never did the work. I had to call to see what was happening. I was told that Ron would return my call to talk with me about the situation. He never did. I even called a second time.Again told that he would call me before the end of business- he never called. I dont want to chase people down to give them business.

Custom design, with wetedge surface, and screened enclosure. The pool looks great and I love. I would recommend them again. Only 4 out of 5 stars for the following reasons: -a couple of pieces of tile were installed chipped -Gave NO hardware documentation, which is causing a HUGE pain when trying to register for the manufacture warranty. I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.
