Everyone was really nice, did not treat me like an idiot, and understood my slight panic of not being able to connect to the internet. They freely shared some great advice on virus and malware protection. And they took my computer in promising to get to it ASAP and, while they could not promise same day, they would try. This was about noon. By 5:30 they had it all cleaned up - inside and out. And it is so fast - I had forgotten how fast my laptop was/is. Also, this story kind of shows who they are: The 10 year old kid next door had a problem with his tablet, and he decided he was going to get it fixed on his own, so he rode his bike down to Summit. They fixed whatever the problem was while he waited and then let him have it for no charge! He had brought money intending to pay for any repair, but they decided to bless the kid. Good people!
