The studio is quiet, clean, relaxing and welcoming. They offer water or tea while you wait and close out your appointment asking you to drink a glass of cold water better you leave to help flush the toxins that they just worked out of your muscles. My therapist, Mel knows what she's doing, and has a intuitive sense of what your body needs. I will be back to help de-stress and relax many more times in the future. My husband suggested I call Jovita because I enjoyed her massage so much last time. I took his advice and called on a Thursday morning, expecting to get an appointment for the following day. However, Jovita's sister blew me away by offering me times later that day! She was so kind to ask about my needs and allowed me to choose an evening time so I wouldn't feel rushed. They are such thoughtful people! I walked in for my appointment that day and Jovita recognized me right away. She is so personable! The moment I laid down the stress started to melt away, even before the massage started! 90 minutes later and I was in heaven. She and her sister were kind enough to ask me about how school was going and invited me to come back at the end of the semester, before graduation. Well, that was the appointment I had this morning - and again, it was absolutely dreamy. The first thing I noticed was the lavender oil on the headrest, which really helps me chill out.
