I was in MD visiting my bestie & we decided to get tattoos. We looked up places & came across this tattoo spot. It's actually low reviews on Yelp but don't know why. I thought they were so nice & cool. We went to get the tattoo & they have a system where whoever is next to tattoo gets to do it. Even tho we weren't getting tattooed by the other people one of them came up to us talked to us about it. They were really nice in my opinion. The shop was clean. Rude & condescending!! Save your money if you dont want to deal with people who act to good for certain work. Chris & whatever female runs the desk have extremely ignorant attitudes. Chris said he had a free day yet when i showed him the tattoo which consists of only 4 small objects fitting my arm he acted as if he couldn't understand what i was asking. He tried to give me a higher price than what i already stated in my budget, I called before going to ask if i can get a portion of the tattoo and i was told yes if there is someone available . so how is it that im told yes over the phone yet when i get there id have to wait days for you to "sketch & fit it to me". I created my tattoo , I made it how I would like it which I also stated , the only steps they would have to take is printing out the stencil. While I was walking up aswell there were white workers outside who stated "this should be interesting" , what is that supposed to mean? Called first to ask about my 17 year old getting a piercing and was told the price and that I would be able to sign for her. Asked if they took walk-ins and she confirmed. I arrive and the woman who greets us says she will get the paperwork and then stops suddenly. She goes outside where an employee is taking photos of a guy posing on a car and comes back inside. She then tells us that the woman who does the piercings "doesn't do those on anyone under 18". I ask her why we weren't told that before we drove here. Super annoying. They just need to be on the same page when answering phone and giving out information to potential customers. Update - owner tried to respond to review with excuses. I went the very next day to an establishment within a mile that did the piercing (legally) without all the "miscommunication"....so yeah...go somewhere else. read more

I called to inquire about plastic jewelry for my Daith and tragus since I have an MRI scheduled and they were asking me to take the piercings out . My Daith isn't all the way healed since I got it last July but I need my MRI. The young lady (I'll get her name when I come Back on Friday) was really niie and told me they had them and I could just walk in. I walked in around 615 and she had me in and out of there and it wasn't even painful to change! So happy I was able to swap the jewelry out. Very grateful. Location /ambiance/ customer service : At first I was a bit suspect because it's in this small shopping center with the word Tattoo across the top of the door. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised! Really nice place , very clean and the ambiance is welcoming everyone is friendly. Great experience! read more

My sister got her belly button pierced here in July. Wonderful people they could tell she was nervous, this was her first piercing outside of her ears. They made sure she was very comfortable. Nobody knew she was allergic to the ring so it kept getting infected. No ones fault; we went back to the parlor in November and one of the workers helped us understand why it was getting infected and gave us a solution. It's almost Christmas and the infection is gone. Definitely would recommend coming here. read more

FIRST TIME VISIT . Came here to book an appointment looking to get myself, sister, & mother tattoos being that you can barely walk into tattoo parlors now a days without an appointment. We walked in and was never greeted even after standing there for about 5-10 mins. Even if we have to wait, I would expect to have been greeted. The artists were just sitting in their suites talking with each other and fixing up their suites(painting, decorating). Some were walking back and forth and still did not acknowledge us. I'm sure their work is great but based on their customer service, I would not come back. read more

The staff was really nice, even the guy doing my tattoo. The tattoo is just a disasters and probably one of my biggest regrets. I got it sometime last week by a guy named Keith (I should've done some research but I just walked in there). He did it free hand (my second biggest regret), this being my first tattoo and having no knowledge I didn't see the problem with that. I'm already making plans & appointments to get it removed because it's that bad at least to me. And I'm afraid a cover up will only make it worse. Anyway I don't know about others but this was just my experience. I can't add a picture or else I would but the main problem are the lines are so sloppy, I can't even explain how sloppy. I got a regretful tattoo of XCVI (96) on my wrist. 7/7/18 - Never got this bitch removed lol. Honestly forget it's there. Still a sloppy ass job though. Maybe someday I'll get a cover up. They will book an appointment and take your $50 and literally say they aren't the person to do your tattoo after paid deposit because they don't like how it will look or they don't like the idea. Very rude.. did not want to do anything with me and tried to put a flower on me instead. Something i did not ask for. Tried to switch with another artist in front of me basically said he didn't like me as a client jokingly .. said my skin is too stretchy and soft to do a neck tattoo he did not like skull tattoos or skeleton tats. Might want to find store with more skilled artist who can do the tattoo asked for. Kept saying my neck is too short and not all tattoos are for everyone. I don't remember asking his opinion of what goes on my body lol. Won't be going back I dont want someone else judging what i should tattoo or shouldn't and where and control what I choose to get forever.. even with two cosigners saying he can tattoo it on my neck no problem he refused to do what I wanted him to do. Unfortunately $50 deposit aren't refundable. And IM always nice to artists but he seemed like a basement artist anyways.... Dodged bullet. read more

Brandan is the worst.... he over charged me $200 a hour basically. I asked for a half sleeve and he said $1200. I asked him some questions in regards to my tattoo and he blocked me on Instagram. They keep deleting my google review s H!! Well this was my first experience and MY LAST! I scheduled with Krystal on 3/7/20 to have my consultation, saw her work on IG so I was ready and just knew she would bang this tatt. Left my $50 deposit and scheduled my appt. Fast forward to my my actual appt on 3/15/20. My appt was for 1:00pm, I got there early of course, she was late! Walked in and I said should I follow you and she says well I'm not quite ready..cool. Not only was she late, she didn't even have my tattoo drawn out even when I left her the pictures that I wanted at my consultation (a week prior) smh. So I'm sitting and sitttttttting....finally at 1:40pm she comes with a sketch that was NOT how I showed her I wanted! On one part it was supposed to say MOMMY, she had MOM. The ribbon that was suppose to have my mother's birth and death on it was covered with one of the butterflies and flower and you couldn't even tell that the main point of the tattoo was supposed to be the cancer ribbon. Needless to say that I told her I will just reschedule...which I wasn't going to because I was PISSSSSSED, so at this point "F" that $50! So I go on IG to her page and guess what IM BLOCKED! This was a tribute tattoo for my Mother! At first I was so annoyed but I think that was just my Mother's way of saying...she is NOT the one....and her actions proved that she is NO ONE I WOULD EVER WANT TO TOUCH ME! I heard allot of good things at first and took my daughter for piercing. Smh the woman who did the actual piercing of my daughter, did not have a mask on at all, or anything covering her mouth. Look I get it, nobody wants to wear the damn thing but putting these kids at risk, and being so irresponsible about it blew my mind. I went here about 8 months ago to get my nose pierced. I am deathly afraid of needles and had put off getting the piercing for a long time in fear of the pain, but I finally decided to get it. I walked into the shop and was greeted kindly and waited for my turn to get pierced. Everyone there was very kind. The lady that pierced my nose was so sweet. I told her that I was terrified of needles and that if I saw the needle I'd chicken out of getting the piercing, so she was so nice and sweet about it when many people could've gotten annoyed instead. When I say I didn't feel the piercing at all, I mean I literally asked her if she had put the needle in my nose after she did it because I couldn't feel it go through. Afterward she gave me her card and to text her if I had any questions after. I haven't had any issues with the piercing since!! I definitely recommend her for piercings!! read more

So, i went in last week and booked an appointment with Kim. I should have known to not book the appointment from the get go. The girl at the front took my pic back to her and she came back and said Kim would look it over and email me a sketch of what she came up with. By Tuesday I heard nothing so I called and she wasn't in. Whoever I spoke to (not sure if was same person that was in the previous saturday) said she'd leave her my number and have her call me back. Saturday on the way to the shop i get a call saying Kim couldn't do my tattoo cause I DIDN'T email her my info. I even paid a $50 deposit the day I took my pic in!! So I get to the shop and its empty, aside from the girl working the front desk. She gives me the runaround how the girl who booked my appointment is there only one day a week and got me mixed up with someone else who was already booked. Then says Kim couldn't do the tattoo based on the picture I gave her. Yet she never called OR emailed me in the entire week I was waiting. Then i get the excuse of I was supposed to email her my info when I didn't have their email info to begin with. I left all my information, phone and email with the girl at the front desk the previous week. All i heard was excuses. And not to mention Kim herself couldn't call me and when she had the other girl working the front call it wasn't until half hour prior to my appointment!! read more
