Drove straight back less than an hour later and was very disappointed to learn returns aren't accepted. No store credit nothing. Stuck w a vape I'll never use and out $75. Okay. I need to update my 3 star review on this fun place. While still not a fan of the vape business, a place needs to diversify in order to make a profit and I can't fault that. Plus they really put some amazing improvements into this place, which makes it "the best place" on the East side, to smoke and shop as they have a great selection of cigars, piping tobaccos, even specialty blends which I found reasonable in price, considering how expensive NY State's tobacco taxes are. If you find yourself in Webster's town center, which rivals all the East side areas for pub crawling, specialty bar/grills, BBQ, Pizza or HotDog/Hamburger options, with a JoJos coming. These other locals do not have an awesome smoking lounge to take a break inside for a relaxing smoke. The lounge has comfortable seating, good ventilation and they sell various soft drinks and teas that are perfect to go with a cigar or pipe. So, my thoughts have changed as this place has made amazing updates to really be the only place in Webster, I will look for cigars, pipe supplies and have the ability to chill, smoke and watch anything on Direct TV. Don't huddle outside by a heater this Winter. Forget the garage. Come enjoy the lounge hear. BTW I was not compensated in any way to give this 5 star review. Recently purchased a vape at this shop.a pod for the vape leaked right out of the box.Returned to the shop and all i got was a lot of excuses and told it's not thier problem.. Thier solution was to purchase more pods which could be defective also and more money thrown after bad.. avoid this place at all costs..Also overpriced.. read more

Stopped in yesterday to buy some cigars, this was my first time visiting. The selection of cigars is great, including a walk-in humidor and maybe 6 or so cabinet humidors. Prices were ok for singles at a retail store. I didn't go in the lounge but I did see it on the cameras and it looks very nice. I think this would be a great choice for hanging out and smoking with some friends, and I'd like to do that soon. The only reason I dock a star is because half the store is devoted to vaping, and all of the people in the store were devoted to vaping (when I was there). Service was great though, and I will definitely be back. read more

This is by far one of the best places to go. A large selection of products for vaping, and very knowledgeable or different products to use with your vape. When I have to upgrade my vape I will be returning here. I recommend going here before any other vape store. There are many vapes locations now all over town, but I would start here first! read more

What's a great vapor store. They were easy to find and all the products were fairly priced. The employees were so nice and helpful. I ended up trashing the fake clone Perfection Vape sold me and bought a genuine Kanger tank. I was just about to give up on electronic cigarettes until I walked in to this store. Terrible experience all together. I've frequented many vape shops in Rochester if not all of them in the greater Rochester area. I believe in being loyal to local shops and supporting local commerce in our country rather than china. So with that being said I don't mind spending a few extra dollars to support the little guy but in the case of Village vape or smoke they have the highest prices and the smallest selection of stock. The customer service is not all there either. Some days I feel like the place is being run by kids that just want to assert as much authority as possible rather than make the customers happy. They will tell you how to talk and told me not to swear before while I was having a friendly conversation. Stupid thing is he started cussing right after he told me not too and when I called him on it instead of apologizing the smug jerk just said "He's behind the counter he can do whatever he wants too" .... hahaha POWER TRIP MUCH ? No thanks I won't be coming back ever again. and I live right next door. Also EVERY SINGLE THING IN THAT STORE IS OVERPRICED . Go to many other shops with better prices bigger selections and professionalism within their staff. They won't mix juice for you they won't add nicotine to bottles for you they won't do anything except sell you overpriced juice and their selection is always slim to none compared to every other shop I frequent. read more
