There is a swimming pool, workout room, on site laundry facility, grill area and it just feels very luxurious. Oh and it's super clean! There is also security at night which makes the place feel safe and secure. Security is very important to me since I am being stalked. I love how accessible the management is here as my last apartment experience was less than desirable. My husband and I have enjoyed our time here. The rules are given for a reason and I love that everything is written out so you know what you can and cannot do. And they do enforce it, which I like. It's very quiet and the people are respectful and polite. Even a few residents asked how it was for us moving in which was very nice! I feel like it's like a little community of its own and I love that feeling. I do make my own videos and pictures for my online accounts and it's a very nice place to make self tapes and music covers since it's so quiet. I love that I can do that now and not feel rushed. In my previous apartment, I always had to rush to get through a self tape because I was anxious that it would get noisy and I don't like background noise in my videos. It has been so peaceful here so I look forward to being able to do those again. I also love how close we are to so many different stores, restaurants, gas stations, two malls and most of my doctors are right nearby. It's so convenient to me. I feel like I am spoiled and it's a really good feeling, truly! It is pretty much a lot of it is actually within walking distance to so many places we go to. Karen has been so helpful throughout the entire process and I'm so thankful for all she did for us! She really helped us step by step to get into a beautiful apartment home that feels quaint and homelike. If you're looking for a place that truly goes a step beyond, then give them a try! The premises as well as the units are very well maintained. As another reviewer mentioned, the property is very quiet and peaceful. It started out ok, but it is horrible living in our apartment where grace is the office Manager. Usually people receive notices, I on the other hand received messages, like if i'm being yelled at by my mother and threats of her gathering evidence against me. I'm receiving messages of noise from your way, when it was the apartment in the next bldg infront of us. Told her wrong apt. Maybe you should go out and verify. The times I have complained about noise, I received no response from her until hours later when there was nothing to investigate, So yes this place is BS! We were always planning on leaving when our son reached HS, but Stauffer Middle where my son goes to which is across and down the street, is not worth it, this school has bullys and the school does nothing to the attacker. He is on independent studies and now has his work done through ipad. My son doesn't even feel comfortable going to the pool, which is directly in front of her apt. Because its 2 per household to be at the pool. I had my son and nephew there ONE TIME the first year and she came out like if she was ICE when me and my brother were there to keep an eye on them in the pool, mind you i was showing my brother the complex as well and after that, came out told me i couldn't drink or eat out by the pool yet i was at a table and had a bag with our stuff and we pick up after ourselves, so those rules in itself should stop you if you want an apt with a pool. He's probably swam 2 times in the pool out of 2 yrs here. Yet I witnessed a pool full of children and nothing was done. We are a family of 3, paying a 2 bedroom and all 3 can't be out there to enjoy what we pay for unless its 2 at a time? We live in the back bldg so how can i watch my kid and nephew from back there? It's a joke that they have someone like this as the property Office Manager, I am already waiting for a response from Marco who is her boss to this matter, but felt as a Tenant still living here currently, that you know this before risking coming here to waste your money to deal with a headache like her and a school like Stauffer Middle. After that our account is locked and at first said, Evicted No Access! Like we didn't even get a notice. Also a man showed up to do electrical work banging on the door and I had to tell him no, because we didn't receive a notice and our trust level here is null. I wouldn't recommend here also, because the floors are so uneven our bed in the room leans more on one side then the other making it horrible to sleep and we have a really good bed. I was told about a larger unit, and I understand that circumstances arose that led the current tenant to decide to stay. But do not CALL ME after I visit the day before and tell me it's not available after visiting twice that same week. I was not informed about the situation at all until the day after, and, worst of all, it was over the phone when it should've been brought to my attention the day I visited in person. The phone call was infuriating as well. The woman who spoke to me, Ana, needed to talk with all parties first to see what they told me before speaking with me on the phone because she was clearly uninformed about the whole situation. There's also an email that backs up what I was talking about, and she still didn't know anything about it. It's not one person's fault; it's the whole department's fault for not communicating the circumstances among themselves. It was very unprofessional, and I hope they learn for any future tenants who consider this complex. As this was my second time going through this with this complex, I will not be returning ever again.
