This is a great little family run store. When Covid started they were one of the 1st to implement safety measures and limit the amount of people entering into the store. I think they did a really good job metering traffic and they always have the items needed for a work pot luck. 2020 and they were one of the few stores to stock toilet paper. This is probably the only place I have ever been in Nogales that has excellent customer service. Considering most family owned grocery stores/markets are a little more on the pricier side, Villa's is not. You would think they would have a limited amount of items to choose from this family-owned market but this market has it all. I have checked everything off my grocery list while shopping here and they have never not had something I need. Not to mention the prices are unbeatable. There have been times I can't find something I am looking for and one of the employees will come up to me before I have to even ask and help me find what I need. The employees always greet you and they're always friendly. Not to mention they always have a full store but you never wait in a long line because they always have if not all the registers open, the majority of them are open. Great meat/produce dept. & did I mention they have a huge wine selection? Bonuuuus!! They also accept Apple Pay. I stop by Villa's at least once a week & I always will. I love this market not only for all the ingredients for a successful cook-out, but also for every day grocery shopping. Don't let that full parking lot scare you off. It's always busy because the service is top-notch and you won't be in line for half an hour like you would be at Walmart & Safeway in Nogales. If I could give this business Zero I would. During the Coronavirus crisis, this business has been taking advantage of it's customers with shameful business practices. They have raised their prices to alarming levels. I used to leave thousands of dollars there every week. Unless they fix this I probably won't return. read more

My favorite place for fresh fruit and veggies. Huge selection of apples. My son loves to bake apple pie and he mixes up the apple varieties in each pie. Fresher than the grocery store. I highly recommend Citywide. read more

We went to their new store in Tucson, on Campbell just north of Valencia. This location used to be a produce store that we loved, so we were excited to see this store opened. We were surprised to see the assortment of all different products. We picked up some country ribs and can't wait to try them. Their produce prices were very good. We will be back to do more shopping with you. read more

During the coronavirus crisis villas market raised their prices more than 10% which is illegal. They removed their prices the following day. Blaming their distributor and the coronavirus itself as the reason for the high prices. They refused to respond. Shame on them. read more

Everything is super cheap and most of the time in great condition. They have a weird schedule but everyone is super friendly. The only down side is that they don't have a huge selection but it's totally worth the driving time read more

I absolutely love this place. I've only visited twice, but they can expect to see a lot more of me. The produce is very reasonably priced and everything I've purchased has been ripe and sweet. The people working there smile and are friendly and helpful. The building looks huge but the store itself is small and easy to get around. Nice open layout and an AMAZING air conditioner. I really appreciate having a business like this in the area that makes fresh produce more affordable to people and families on a budget. read more

I believe this is the only produce store in town. In some cases they have better quality than in the grocery stores. You do have to look at the things you're buying carefully. The prices are very good. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love city wide produce. The price of the product and the quality of the produce is unmatched anywhere else in Tucson. However, I just wasted gas driving here from Tyndall on a Sunday morning because the hours are listed as 10-4 on google as well as yelp, yet the doors were locked and the parking lot was vacant. Good pricing and great produce. I can purchase a lot of fruits and vegetables, and my bill has been less than $10 every time I go in. Usually have good deals like 10 cucumbers for $1 or 8 green peppers for a buck. Produce does change depending on what's in season. I love that it's close to my house, and isn't overwhelmingly busy when I go in. read more

I keep forgetting to go here at my detriment. The prices are fantastic (3 red peppers for $0.99! Yes, they're a bit small, but that's the only reason they aren't at Safeway.), the quality is fine, the staff is helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the selection can be a little thin. I suspect they are at the mercy of their suppliers. I will definitely try harder to make this a part of my weekly grocery shopping. read more
