With covid, everyone at home, 2 kids and a dog (that sheds like crazy) I haven't been able to keep up the with cleaning and it was really stressing me out. Daniel and his team were responsive and friendly. However, the cleaning job was rushed and not thorough. Staff did not clean around the edges of the rooms, vacuum under furniture that has space under it, under the edges of rugs or use an attachment to reach into corners, leaving dust and cobwebs. Wood surfaces were left with a residue of dust, after doing a quick feather dusting. They did a great job with the bathroom and shower. However, for an apartment that is already well maintained, the cleaning was superficial. read more

Called to get my house cleaned for a move out. Stated I live on base, gave them address and desired date and they were very responsive. Night before they're supposed to arrive at 8 am next day, I get texted as a reminder. I ask them if they have their own access to base to which they respond, 45 minutes later after Ive fallen asleep, that they can't help me and to call a different company. I say there's no problem with me escorting them through the gate and I'm told they've "had a bad experience with employees at this base". Outside of being illegal or operating a vehicle without proper license and registration, the base doesn't have any problems with anyone coming on. Disappointed and very unprofessional read more

I contacted Daniel and his cleaning service through Yelp after my family moved into a townhome rental and saw that it was left in incredibly dirty conditions. The parquet floors were visibly grimy and sticky. I contacted Daniel on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, and his team was able to come to our place bright and early on Monday, which was a holiday. He is incredibly prompt in communication and got to our home early with his team of three women. They were all so kind and helpful, and boy did they work hard to get our floors as clean as humanly possible. I have never hired professional cleaners before, but this will certainly not be my last time. Because of Daniel and his team, we are now able to move into the townhouse and walk around without worry. There was also an odd smell that accompanied the townhouse, but that smell is no longer there. Their prices are beyond reasonable for the amount of work they put in.
