The only issue I felt was that no matter what meat you get, the taste is the same. I mean yes lamb VS beef is different but like beef ribs and beef flanges taste the same. The sides included spiced rice, couscous drenched in an oily red peper paste, israeli couscous dyed purple, cucumber tomato salad, yogurt, arugula salad, something they called tropical salad, and mashed potatoes. The sides were hit and miss, the couscous and rice, as well as the tropical salad, were very good. All the others were mostly forgettable. The meats were room temperature, completely unseasoned and saltless, and very dry. You really had to pack them up with salt and the different sauces they offered so they would be edible. Interestingly, I was charged extra for the bone-in lamb ribs, apparently because "this is the way it works". All and all an interesting experience, too bad the stars of the show, the smoked meats, were less then stellar.
