After a few phone calls, I found out it was for my son's operation because the insurance was only paying for some of it. Which was weird because they had spoken to the insurance company in advance and told me what my portion would be. But I said it's fine and I agreed to pay and PAID. They told me at the time that I'm all set. But nope. I'm still getting letters from them saying I still need to pay. What is going on here???? The fact that they called me to get the x-rays sent over and save me $$ was greatly appreciated. Insurance only covers 1 set in a year.
