I have always loved her, but this weekend, she went above and beyond. While on vacation out of state, I had immense tooth pain and didn't know what to do. I called her emergency line and spoke with her directly! She got me started on antibiotics, helped me plan next steps, and called an oral surgeon to get me in right away. I spoke to her while in South Carolina, after I flew home, and all the way through my procedure with the oral surgeon. I would have been lost without her. Dr. Soares is an exceptional dentist. She is the only dentist I've ever really felt comfortable with, and comfortable sending my son to see. That says a lot! SHE'S THE BEST! I highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Soares.

Wow--five stars all the way!…read more I had a painful infection flare-up right before leaving for Music Camp in Maine, and Dr. Cannilla's office came to my rescue. The friendly receptionists went above and beyond to squeeze me in for an X-ray and exam on short notice. The good doctor carefully cleaned out the problem, prescribed an antibiotic and a mouth rinse, and immediately gave me relief. Thanks to his skill and compassion, I can now relax and focus on practicing my saxophone scales instead of worrying about tooth pain! What really stood out was how attentive and caring everyone was--from the front desk to the exam chair. It reminded me that when I come in for a routine cleaning, if I have to wait a few extra minutes, I'll remember it's because someone else might be in pain, and that compassion is exactly what makes this office so special. As someone with periodontal disease, I'm on a regimen of four cleanings per year - two at Dr. Cabassa's office, and two at my normal dentist. So I see them basically all the time. Joanie and Heather, who work the front and take care of my hygiene, respectively, remain on top of my appointments and any minute changes to my teeth, and they remember everything I tell them about my personal life, which is pretty amazing for a medical office.
