My builder gel fill was done in 25 minutes (the salon I went to before I moved to Buffalo took minimum 1 hour and looked immaculate). They don't prep your nails well and don't touch your cuticles. I had to ask for cuticle oil because my nails still looked so dry, like I had them done for a week. My pedicure was also very rushed and had a poor paint job. I was in the salon for not even an hour for two services which seems insane not only for the cost but the customer experience. It seems like they're just trying to churn customers vs actually giving you their full attention and being attentive to detail.

Samantha, my stylist, has been doing what's best for my hair and my style for that whole time. A good listener and full of good advice, these are the things that make her a good choice. Parking can be a bit tricky from time to time. But there are so many restaurants and shops very close by, it's always good to plan a lunch afterwards.
