By far the best Nail Salón I've been to in Buffalo! Price is unbeatable $25 for a full set?! $12 for a fill?! That's amazing pricing right there! They are always full, so do expect to be there for about and hour or so but the wait is worth it. I like that I can show them a photo of what I want and they are able to deliver the same results. I always tell them to make my nails more thin(natural) if not they will be a little thick, but that's at any salon I've gone too! I don't ever go with crazy colors, I'm more of a neutral type of gal, but my friend always goes for the crazy details/colors and they come out looking amazing! Need to go get a fill but my nails are 3 weeks from when I got them on, and they look as if I just got them done. Which is why I love coming to this nail salón! for a nail salon you would think they specialize in nails. i went to get a simple gel polish and pedicure on my natural nails and they managed to butcher my natural nails leaving me with exposed skin where my nail should be. on top of that the miscommunication between the pedicure section and manicure area was extremely inconvenient. i was there for over two hours and left with my nails bare and my skin cut up. when expressing my disappointment in the work the woman was rude, ignored my complaint then asked for my payment. i paid for the pedicure that was unfinished and left. don't waste your time here THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY. read more

Absolutely garbage place! Insanitary and dirty equipment. I don't think they sanitize their tools at all. Its a little bit cheaper than the other places but the quality is almost zero. My manicure with gel started go away after 2 days. They told me 30 $ total without tip, they ask for tip but I did not put tip because the lady who did my nail was very harsh with my nail and CUT my nail bed and it started bleeding a lot. The girl cut me up quite a bit, still burns. But did a great job with shaping and length. Didn't have to wait. She was very patient with me in explaining just what I wanted. Wish I caught her name. Didn't speak much English but used the customer next to me to translate. She also let me know whenever she had to upcharge me so that the final bill wasn't a surprise. When I couldn't get into the place I usually go to for a mani/pedi, I turned to yelp and followed Max D.'s advice and headed over to Jenny's. Not only was I welcome as a walk-in, but I was attended to immediately despite the fact that the place was pretty busy. This is not a fancy place but it is clean. If you want one dedicated person to attend to you and pour you a glass of wine, this isn't the place. But if like me, you would like your nails done in an efficient manner at a more than fair price, then this is the place to go. They seem to have a well oiled system to get you in and out with what you need. One woman prepped my nails, another did the pedi, and then another did the mani. Everyone was friendly and the job was well done. I'm not sure if I just happened to hit the right crowd on the right day, but many of the other customers were very friendly and welcoming too. I will definitely be making this my new place for getting my nails done. Extra Note: they have an entire row of chairs for spa pedicures in addition to multiple manicure stations. So if you want to go with a group of friends, Jenny's will be able to accommodate that. read more

Had a good experience getting my nails gel painted with my friend at Jenny's. I have had not-so-great times here but it was when I just wanted my nails filed and buffed and clear-coated. They looked at me like I was crazy and asked "are you sure?" It seemed clear when they pulled out the acrylic nail samples that they weren't used to working with natural nails. They seem to specialize in painting and designing glue-on nails. So when I was ready for something a little more glam, I grew my nails out and asked them to shape them and gel paint them. Priscilla was very detailed with the shape and even asked if I wanted them more round or square. I wanted them rounded and she did a good job shaping them. When it came time to paint, she showed me some samples but didn't stop there! She walked me through some higher quality polishes including a "mood changing" line. I wasn't sure how varied the colors would be when different temperatures were applied to the nail so she showed me an example of the color I was interested in on her own nails! The color was called "Blue Moon" and layer after layer of the blue alternated with a clear coat was applied and set with a heat machine and they seriously look so beautiful. My natural nails --polish isn't so natural, I suppose-- but they have never looked so lovely. I am super confident about putting my hands all up in everything right now because I know how well-kept these hands look right now. And NO CHIPPING! At least for a couple of weeks. And I haven't gotten to the best part yet: the price was so affordable. It was $20 for the service. I was floored. I felt like I was getting away with something real naughty. But I made up for it by tipping really well because I look so dang fabulous. You can't pay enough for good grooming these days. And baby, I is groomed. read more

Appreciate the late hours on a Saturday. Came here for a pedicure with my sisters and daughter. They had cute kiddie pedicure stations. $65 for a French pedicure, manicure with designs on 4 nails, and a kids pedicure with 2 designs. Not bad! Their designs were really great too... Very artistic and unique. It was a little different of an experience compared to other salons. They had an assembly line approach. One lady did the foot soak, another lady did the French manicure, and a 3rd did designs. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because my French pedi started chipping away within the first week. My pedis typically last much longer. read more

I think this is the first time I ever dislike a nail salon. I went to get gel mainly because the price was fair ($25) and a lady recommended. I felt the job was rushed, careless, and my opinion on how I'm getting my nails done didn't matter to the nail stylist. First and last time I go. The receptionist poor thing she try's but this place is just too unorganized. Honestly, I wanted a nail shop that was convenient, clean, and professional.. while the shop was clean and convenient, unfortunately that was not my total experience. I went to get my gel polish soaked and a new gel manicure (I was told $25 by girl #2 knowing that my gel polish needed to be removed first). I was greeted and handled by 3 different nail techs in about 10 minutes.. The girl #1 started my nail process but got up twice in 5 mins to answer her phone, then she passed me off to girl #2 tech who began to finish what she started, and then a group of ladies needed pedicures, so she passed me to the girl #3 who ultimately finished my process. At this point I was already annoyed by how many people had worked on my nails, I just wanted to be done. Girl #3 kept rushing the gel foil process and had to keep scrapping off polish instead of leaving it to soak for the right amount of time. When she finally began my manicure she started munching on doritos! Yes, doritos! how unsanitary AND unprofessional! My polish was done poorly, very bumpy and think. I was pissed off especially when she told me that it was going to be an extra $5 because she had to soak the polish off, which was total bs! I ended up being passed of to 3 nail techs, one of which thought it would be okay to eat while doing my nails, and charged more than I was originally told.
