The dead SUV and myself are on the way to Walmart to get a new battery. 11:30 pm Resurrected Nissan and myself are pulling out of the lot of Iceman Towing and on the way home. After a mechanic replaced the alternator and battery terminals, less than a week later, another breakdown. I called Iceman the next morning and he scooped it up and took it back to his shop. Now, although 40 miles away, the communication was as smooth and effective as the couple hours I spent with him just a few days before. I owe him a helluva lot more than he charged me. Class-act, talented and personable guy with the knowledge and problem-solving skills that make him perfect for doing what he does.

Prior to this I told them I was only interested if they could get me a decent loan offer that would be able to do weekly payments (much cheaper than monthly), they were so desperate to make the sale and steal my money that they lied about their loan offer just to get the sale. Now I'm stuck paying over $100 more a month for a car because of their negligence and desperation. Don't waste your time with this dealership.

Worked with Chris and Julie at the other location but the car was sold out of the Nissan dealer. Car looked in great condition inside and out. Drove it almost 500 miles and realized the car had a fuel leak. Took it back to Courtesy worried they would say "oh, that's on you, how do we know you didn't do something to it in the time you bought it?" (Have had other dealerships try that when something went wrong) Anyways, Courtesy came through big time and fixed everything and we were back in business within a few days. Great experience overall even when bad things sometimes happen. It was an issue most mechanics would have easily overlooked unless they drove the car. Will buy a used car again from Courtesy and may already have a car in mind.

I showed up and they tell me they aren't doing oil changes as they have no working lifts. Furthermore, they tell me their website doesn't work and they have no idea who may have booked. Then, why direct customers to a website that doesn't work? Please, avoid this dealership like the plague. My father has had issues with them in the past as well. Horrible service and communication.
