In CA they did open at 7 am but in the east coast it is 8 am which I don't mind. West coast eats healthier than east coast so I wish they would select more healthier alternatives which I know doesn't sell very well but try it more often instead of rarely. I don't have many complaints other than that. It's amazing that you can't find anybody these days to do there job. It's easier for these guys to make excuses why they can't or won't even try to do there job. Keep in mind I've done hundreds of alignments on factory trucks to lifted trucks etc. Always done on a lift smaller then the one they have. Only reason I can't do it my self this time around is because I'm out of state. Back home the guys at Firestone would be on it in mins and have me dialed in perfect. LAZY employees here. Save your self the trouble and find somewhere else.

They also are very personable and genuinely care about their customers and obviously the cars they are working on. It is basically family run and operated, which makes sense when you think about how friendly they are. They are great for simple check-ups before long trips as well as any serious problems that may require ordering new parts. They will get you the best deal and the best quality- no matter the price. Even though the Altoona Meineke has no real affiliation to the NJ Meineke, they offered to look at my car free of charge, and also said they could fix the rattling problem for free. When I asked them to change the muffler completely, they did so at a very low rate, and I know that it must have taken more than 1/2 an hour of time to do...so I believe they cut me a very good break. They guys are honest, and they do the job well. In fact, I was so pleased I asked them to do my alignment and wheel balancing the same day.

They were unable to diagnose or repair the issue in-house and subsequently sent the vehicle to the nearest dealership. At the time, I was expected to work near Detroit, which became impossible due to the breakdown. I was provided a loaner vehicle--a Chevy Impala with worn tires during winter conditions--despite the possibility that I could be required to drive several hours on short notice. For several days, I received no updates regarding the status or location of my vehicle. After initiating multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly told, "I don't know," until I escalated the issue to management. Matt, the manager, was professional and communicative and ultimately confirmed where the vehicle had been sent. I had a safe in the trunk of my vehicle containing valuable items. Unfortunately, I was unable to retrieve them because I was unaware of the vehicle's whereabouts. To avoid further delays, I personally contacted the dealership and received clear information within minutes--something Blue Knob had been unable to provide after multiple days. By that point, the condition of the loaner vehicle required new tires for basic safety during a 5-6 hour drive. Once my vehicle was finally repaired, I was still required to wait for Blue Knob to retrieve it before I could do the same. During my visit to the service center, I overheard staff making disrespectful remarks regarding my request for safe tires on the loaner vehicle, among other comments. I was also informed that I should not have contacted the dealership directly and instead should have waited 3-5 business days for updates through Blue Knob. While Blue Knob presents itself as highly corporate and professional, internal communication and customer treatment do not reflect those standards. Clients should be aware that concerns regarding safety and timely communication may be met with dismissal rather than support.
