You can't even tell it's wrapped.....it takes time to get this job correct but it's well worth it. Would suggest being very selective as to does this work....there is an art to it for sure. I had Derek detail and put a ceramic coating on my Chevy Silverado, and I couldn't have been more pleased! He did an incredible job. My truck literally looks better than the day I drove it off the dealer's lot. Over the last couple of years, I've been taking my vehicle to the local carwash, and it's been scratching the life out of my paint job. He was able get every scratch out, and I have a black truck, which couldn't have been easy. Picked up my truck today and was extremely impressed. Not only does Derek know what he's talking about he shows you with his detailing. He made my truck look better than it did when I drove it off the lot. He even polished the wheel wells, the frame and exhaust. He uses reverse osmosis for his washing so no water spots as well. If you have been neglecting to keep your car/truck as good as new then come here and have Derek bring the new back. Derek detailed my 911 a few weeks ago. He did a good job on the parts he did, but was and has been unreliable and unprofessional (he was a no show for his touch up), and I believe he damaged my car (I have before and after pics). Here's details: 1) he showed up 90 min late, when I specifically told him I needed the car by a certain time. He texted me in the am, saying he'd be 30 min late, taking his fiancée to work. These things happen, I understand, but 90 min??? The car wasn't ready when I needed it. It was 100 deg outside and I know he was doing laborious work, but all the more reason to show up on time and start early. 2) he didn't bring his van with the de-ionized water after talking on and on about how great a system it is. That system was the whole point, as I have regular water here. Wtf. Back window was left with bad haze and streaks, and not cleaned, which he told me he'd come back to fix up. Never happened 3) I found a dime sized gouge in my rear right wheel wheel. It wasn't there before. The car is only 5 months old and I know every aspect of it. Not to mention I took my own photos from every angle before he came over. He said it must have been some rocks from the road etc., which is total BS. I let it go at first and wasn't accusatory, but I got a bit irritated as i thought about it more. It wasn't there before you started, and the car wasn't driven, so it stands to reason that it's due to something you did. 4) he agreed to touch up the gouge and apply sapphire coating over it, after going on and on about how great it would be. However it took me 4 messages/calls to get him to give me a time. Why am I chasing him down. After all of this HE DIDN'T SHOW UP!!! I messaged him earlier that afternoon, with no reply. Nor has he contacted me since. What sort of professional simply doesn't show up??? Instead of going on and on about how great your work is, and how you built his company from the ground up, perhaps focus on being reliable and professional. I would avoid this company, and I'll definitely be relaying this experience to my friends and colleagues. read more

We needed our boat detailed and he came out right away and was able to get a bunch of deep water stain off the bottom of the boat with ease. Also spent the extra time and effort to stay and finish the job. Very good price too for the work that was done. Our boat looks brand new and he also detailed the trailer at no extra cost. read more

I was recommended Alpha and in preparation for selling my car decided to have my car detailed. It was pretty filthy, I'm a dog owner and lover and take her with me in my car often. I also have rarely taken the time to thoroughly clean or wax my car. Needless to say it was in need of some TLC. Derek did AMAZING!! I was recommended Alpha cause he did good work... Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. For me he was very undependable! In all we had made 3 different appointments to detail my truck and each time he didn't show up when he said, then wouldn't responded to any calls or tx. He had a different excuse each time then when he decided to call me back. I kept trying to give him the benefit of the doubt since he had good reviews on here (my guess is the reviews came from friends or family), but he waisted my time and money (I rented a truck for my first appointment with him since I need one for my work). His web site says "best customer service in the industry" "reliable" "VIP treatment". Those are far from what I experienced! read more

Simply the WORST experience. He did nothing but talk incessantly about irrelevant topics, had excuses of why he was several hours late and what little work he did do was marginal at best. 8 out of 10 people I have talked to who have used this guy had terrible things to say and they all had heard his same lame excuses of his guys getting into an auto accident that morning which caused the delay. Auto detail help that is backing the work vans into customers property and causing damage is a little over the top. In my opinion he acted like a teenager running a business with double talk. So Derek at Alpha did my car a week and half ago. He did a good job but missed the rear window area completely. I called him the following day and sent text pictures of all the dust and dirt he missed. I sent several follow-up messages asking he come back and finished job. He set 2 appointments to come back and finish job but missed them both, offering excuses. I am not happy I have to keep chasing him down. As much as he charges I should have had the entire car done.
