I assembled it at home and noticed that one of the pieces had cracked when I installed the screws. After a number of futile attempts to contact the manufacturer and not getting any positive responses I returned the chair back to the store where Anthony waited on me. He proceeded to tell me that they would order me another chair and he would personally assemble it himself. I couldn't have asked for anything better than that. I will continue to patronize this ACE Hardware store. Hats off to Anthony and Steve.

Called the store, they told me to bring the faceplate (not the entire grill) back. As I was walking in with the dented faceplate, they were walking out with the new one. Outstanding service every time I go in. I don't even bother with the big box stores any more.

The store is white glove clean and the staff are friendly and ready to help. Lots of parking is a huge plus because you can get in and out quickly after you've loaded up all your hardware needs. It's right in the name Vinckier Foods is mostly a small grocery store with a few aisles set aside for tools and hardware items. But that's it. So when I went in to find bags of sand that are usually readily available I could find none and the few associates wearing their red vests didn't seem interested in helping on that side of the store. Vinckier should just stick to groceries and expand there food inventory because a home improvement store they are not

There advice and know how helped me get the right parts that I need to complete the jobs. This Ace location has everything you could ever need for your home-improvement projects. The isles are marked well and really helps shorten your time in the store. They have a nice parking lot with plenty of parking space. The inside is white glove clean and staffed well. So when I am out and about and find that I need something, I usually check to see if there is an Ace Hardware nearby; and that's how I ended up in this one. We had just put a property under contract to buy and the owner only had one key. We needed at least one spare to put into a lock box hung on the door and drove over here to have one made. It was easy to find and as I went in I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. I asked to get a copy of the key made and was directed to where the machine was and quickly had the spare key made, paid for, and in my hand as I left the store...all in under five minutes. And the best part was the key they made for me fit and worked! As with my local Ace, they were helpful and friendly and quickly got me on my way.
