DO NOT STAY HERE! It says here that they're taking precautions because of covid19 and that's a total lie. I kinda feel terrible even having to write this. But I'm so disappointed with the management in this park. We were just here for a few days, making our way back home to Colorado. My spouse and myself kept to ourselves because I have a somewhat compromised immune system. But we would take walks in the evenings for fresh air and the park is SWARMING with people not listening to the county's MANDATORY "shelter in place" order. The management doesn't even care that people are still bbq-ing, drinking, partying all day/night. I'm talking groups of 30-50 adults and kids all at once. They think they are above the rules and laws set in place by the state. Well, I called the CDPH and reported them. The longer people don't stay the hell inside/away from other people- the longer we have to social distance. Get it together management. read more

We had not planned to stay in Vacaville CA, but it got dark at 4:45 PM so we began to search for an over night stay, and we only gave the parks about 20 minutes notice (prior to most offices closing). We had called the 2 neighboring locations and both were rude and not willing to assist us. The management at Vineyard was very accommodating, helpful, even eager for us to join them. When we arrived, we noticed that there were no spaces left open in the community, they fit us in last and were excited for a full house! Customer service at its best. In the morning, they were very nice and I mentioned we wanted to thank the young lady that helped us last evening when we checked in after 9 PM; she was the one I was talking to, she blushed and said thank you for the compliment. This was a good experience and we would recommend this park to everyone. Also, they are opening an expanded new area with 45 more spaces for the future. We will stay here again. read more

Stayed here for two months at $1400 a month plus electricity. Way to high for what the park is. It's not what you would call a resort. They may think it is. Gravel muddy roadways with several potholes. Paid $200 a month for electricity and we weren't there a lot of the time and we used propane. I believe they upped the prices due to all the workers that are staying there and the companies they work for either pay the rate or subsidize it. We probably won't stay here again which is to bad because it is a perfect location for what we need. There are a few other options which are cheaper just a little bit farther. Oh well on to Arizona during prime season and only paying $700 a month for a RESORT with a premium spot. read more

We stayed here in October, made reservations for a premium space and arrived late. There is a message board on the side of the office for late arrivals that tell you your space number with a rack full of site maps. They will leave you an envelope with your agreement and wifi code. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The park was clean and well maintained, nicely laid out. They have a nice pool and a huge dog run at the back of the park that made our mutt's day. They were replacing the fencing for that while I was there. There is a pond on site, unfortunately its level is a victim of the drought and is very low. We were tired from our late arrival and asked if we could stay an extra day; no problem. They are constructing more sites that appear to be geared toward the larger McMansions on wheels and should be very nice when complete. There are long term tenants; many appear to be out of state contractors doing large local projects. They seem dispersed around the park and competed portion of the newer section. The rest are up close to Midway Road. The resident tenants seemed ok. We had no issues with noise or odd behavior from them. It's a nice park and we will be staying there again when visiting relatives in Fairfield. read more

Gals in the office are very nice. This park, however, was NOT for me. Too many full timers with junk, clutter, smoking, & riffraff in makeshift full-timer spots. I had to squeeze my oversized 5th wheel in an impossibly small spot. Also, did not care for those who decided to start their day at 4AM by incessantly idling their diesel trucks. Maybe separate the day-use client areas from the full-timer resident areas? You will also be at least an hour from wine country in Napa. Not a fan. read more

We were pretty happy with out 5 night stay here while in the area working. We pulled in on a Sunday afternoon during mid summer without reservations and they were able to get us a spot. The teenage girl who was working the front counter is not all that friendly and was kind of spacey. I asked for a premium spot and she said there was none that would fit our rig, so gave us probably one of the worst spots in the park in the middle of a gravel parking lot with no cable. I went back to the office and another employee helped us, I think she was the manager, she told us there was a premium spot that we could have that had cable and we got moved to a great spot right next to the pool and didn't even charge us the premium price. The grounds are kept up very nicely and they have a water truck that comes through to keep the dust down, cable worked great, friendly staff, nice people, Wonderful pool that we spent a LOT of time at. I would recommend this place, but only the premium spots! read more

Do NOT stay here if you want customer service. I would give them zero stars if I could. I have never experienced such rude arrogant behavior from office staff as from this RV park and this is not an isolated instance. Another example to be explained later. Today, I called from my RV and asked if I could pay for my stay over the phone and they said "NO, as I told you yesterday, you must come into the office and sign paperwork". I guess I forgot that 'direct order' she gave me. So, I got dressed and left my RV and walked over to the office and mentioned that the phone etiquette is harsh and I feel like I'm doing you a favor by staying at your park. There were 2 women behind the front desk. The other woman chimed in, totally supporting her co-worker, and said to me "I have a question for you - if you were told by our staff to physically come in to sign paperwork, why didn't you do what we told you to do?" I apologized and told her that I didn't remember the conversation but regardless a customer should not be spoken to like that. Here is another event that happened a few months ago over the phone. I called and inquired about a monthly RV space rental. The woman I spoke to said that I could rent at the weekly rate and stay in the same space until a monthly spot comes available and then I could move RV to the new spot at the monthly rate. I didn't make a reservation during that call so I called back a few weeks later to make a reservation and a different woman answered the phone this time. I gave her the background of my earlier conversation about the weekly/monthly arrangement and she said "We don't do that and I don't know who you spoke to earlier but I know for a fact that nobody here at the front desk would have ever told you that." Unbelievable comment! I then told her that I'm not making up this story and that someone in your office did offer that arrangement. She responded with "You are not correct and once again I'm telling you that nobody here at Vineyard RV Park told you that - I'm sure you are mixed up and you were actually calling another RV park and not Vineyard RV Park." I hung up on her and told myself that I would never ever stay at this park. I'm kicking myself now but unfortunately, I needed a place to stay this week near Vacaville so I gave them another shot and, once again, they failed miserably. If you read other reviews, you will see what I'm talking about. I have never used Yelp before but I have never experienced such arrogant and off the chart rudeness from office staff as I have here at Vineyard RV Park. Do yourself a favor and stay at the 'friendly, customer service oriented' RV park next door if you need a place to stay near Vacaville. read more

We stayed here three nights and found the facility to be quite nice. It was quiet, the dog playground was very large-- a few holes in the fence that one of our dogs discovered. The laundry had fairly new machines. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back! read more

Our family enjoyed our stay!! This place has a great vibe!!!! Clean, with lots of trees...... Our spot was near the pool which the kids loved . Huge pool with lounge chairs and shade umbrellas. The gals in the office where friendly and had our check in packet ready on arrival!!! Overall we had a relaxing weekend and would return. read more

Me and my family were looking for a get-away for the weekend of Aug 12 - 14, and I found this spot on the internet. I am a CPAP user, and since the cabins they rent out had electricity - I was in! I rented the big tent-cabin which included two twin beds and one full bed. It also had 2 tables with 3 chairs each, a fridge, a microwave, A/C on both sides of the cabin, utensils for the gas grill outside the cabin, extra blankets, and extra towels for their outdoor pool. My sister then rented the small tent-cabin which had everything the big tent-cabin had, except the full size bed. We LOVED it! The kids swam all day, and when they weren't in the pool, they ran across the grass area (huge) through the sprinklers. Right next to the big tent-cabin is a volleyball court, and, in front of the big tent-cabin are two horse shoe pits. We will definitely go back again, as it is away from the city, and just laid back and simple. read more

Horrible. There are a few ladies in the office that are incredibly rude. We will never stay here again. They claim to have free wifi which is not true, if you are monthly you have to pay extra for it. They claim to be pet friendly but are far from it! Not only us but the people staying next to us here also had a bad experience involving pets. I do not recommend staying here if you have a dog. The pond here is disgusting with tons of garbage floating in it, people drive way to fast Through the park while kids are out playing. There are lots of people who have lived here for years and they are far from friendly. read more

We stayed here for over a year. Throughout the year, the park went through changes that were better compared to when we first arrived. The ladies at the front desk, Sandy, Jennifer, and Sue were wonderful and I enjoyed our many conversations. The spaces (monthly) were large and private with trees and hedges on both sides. Never used the pool, restrooms, and laundry. I did hear issues of thievery in the laundry, so keep an eye on your stuff. Also never leave anything out and keep all doors and compartments locked. The park has a large dog park, which is perfect for large dogs needing to run. However, the fence needs to be updated to prevent fence fighting. The park does have a leash rule, but some think the rules do not apply to them. Be aware of off leash dogs. The park has a country quiet feel and shopping is just a short drive away. Also, be aware of critters. We had quite the battle with wasps, cockroaches, and ants. It is imperative that you keep up with spray and powder to prevent infestations even if you are only there for a couple days. Electric gets expensive for monthly spots. There is one master meter for the whole park and electric is divided between the monthly spots. I often felt like I was having to cover some of the weekly spots electric bills. I discovered this when I called the electric company because of high electric bills. So, monthly people beware. I did give this park 4 stars for location, friendly office staff, and overall appeal. read more
