Just had the worst interaction with the manager of this park today. Mt elderly dad lives at the park and I had a few questions about his eviction . I was kind and respectful and the manager hung up on me multiple Times and talked to me extremely rude and unprofessional and said she spoke to me that way because "that's how my dad spoke to her." With my health failing we wanted to get out in our RV. My wife called and we were surprised that our favorite spot was open for most of the days we wanted. We really enjoy staying here as my service dog is able to do his job but also since it's outdoors I let him be a dog and enjoy the time we spend together not 100% focused on me. The grounds are clean and nice. The pools look well kept and the weight room is perfect for a fast workout. I didn't interact with the staff as we arrived so late don our first night due to my health. I would definitely recommend if you have kids or don't have kids. The playground area is very nice and fenced in for safety reasons. My service dog was so intrigued by their remote control robot lawn mower. My dog is trained to NOT let distractions distract him but the mower had he looking and looking. Thanks for allowing us to make some memories together. read more

We were camping off the Bodega Bay coast until there was a mandatory evacuation due to the Kincade fire. Without any plans on our next camp site, we called Vineyard RV Park and they gladly took us in under a very short notice. This RV park is mixed with full-time residents. For those who looking for long term stay, it's worth checking out. Their lots far back looked spanking new. Our site on the other hand was an overflow space and still great given the emergency. Full hook ups and area is kept clean. Ground is all gravel preventing dust and mudding. Love the customer service and the sympathy given to our situation. Thank you. read more

We left as parents. We didn't feel comfortable or safe here anymore. No tenant should be forced out by rv location not professionally handling true concerns in rv park. We supposed to feel safe and comfortable as paying tenants and parents. Location has sex offenders and unprofessional employees that inappropriately spoke and handled our 5yo child. We felt the office did not handle the few concerns we had. And since these concerns had to do with our 5yo son and an inappropriate employee at rv park. We felt the employee started attacking us personally as tenants to protect her job. It was a very inappropriate and unprofessional experience. Also no wifi. And cable does not come in like advertised as well. Another reason we chose location. But upon arrival they do not have these amenities. Also be careful of electric PG&E prices. We were warned by previous tenants to take pictures of meter when you leave. Tenants were overcharged extra PG&E prices by park after left. Luckily they had timestamped photos of meter when they left. We personally will never be returning nor do we suggest this park if parent. read more

This is our second night here while visiting my grandmother in Vacaville for her 100th birthday. We just got back to camp to find that someone climbed up our ladder on our fifth-wheel and took down our American & Texas flag and laid them on the ground No rules or regulations regarding flying flags. If it's not yours don't touch it! If it was the office that did it a phone call would have been nice. EDIT.... The park has no restrictions regarding flying your flag, so apparently the person or persons that removed our flags lives in the park. I would like to add to this review that we are infested with ants as well as other neighbors. SITE# 61 Office is aware and has done nothing to address this issue. It certainly has been one long week here at this RV park. Will I return? That is a big NEGATIVE! read more

We were staying here for 8 months and mostly everything was great we made great friends there and the accommodations were awesome... buttttt there is an employee by the name Red who totally killed the whole experience. She's a very rude person. As we were checking out the facilities one day she yelled at us for having our kid in the gym area even though there are no clear signs that children aren't aloud... she multiple times was seen drunk while driving around the golf cart that belongs to the park.. children are always at play. She yells at children who aren't hers and just all around gossips and carry's on in appropriately with other residents. She has been seen drinking by the pool while on company time.. she drives around the place way over the speed limit but has issues when children ride their bikes... ultimately her attitude and the manager not doing anything about her after multiple complaints we are not the first... there was a circulating petition to get her fired and yet she still terrorizes those who don't gossip and drink with her. She crosses boundaries. Not to mention the registered sex offender that lives right near the office and the manager also knows about but is ok with. The place looks nice but don't be fooled the staff except Jill are terrible. read more

Just called this RV park and a woman named Jennifer answered. I inquired about long term RV parking and how long the wait list was- and what the process entailed. She literally said "I don't know maybe 40-70 people".... I said what is the process once on the list, do I call every so often to check in? She said the process is "we put you on the list". Wow. Pretty rude. Loss of revenue risk for sure. Fire her and have someone answer the phone who actually cares about clients. read more

We stayed at this park for two weeks to explore Napa and Sonoma. The park is very quiet with mostly long term residents who spend several months in the area. The sites are reasonable, but a bit on the short side. The pad is gravel with a small grass area and picnic table for the living area. Small bathroom and shower facility along with a small pool. Stayed for a few months. Location is decent however location is not everything. It took numerous complaints for them to respond and some employees in the office seem bothered by your request for general maintenance such as spraying for cock roaches that invade areas of the park. It became apparent that there is only one decision maker and she did address the problem pretty quickly after she was notified however the other employees definitely feel no sense of urgency in notifying her. They have monthly spraying for three park buildings (per company that performs the work) but as for guests of the park your on your own unless you complain relentlessly or are lucky enough to speak to the right person. The office staff was very nice and cooperative. However they are overpriced for what you get. Their "clubhouse " is going downhill! Their A/C is a swamp cooler that works when the spirit moves it. Time to upgrade the clubhouse with actual air conditioning. We parked in the graveled group area - improvement is definitely needed in that area. An appropriate price for what you get, comparing it to other parks, would be $40/ night at the most!! read more

What a cozy gem right off the 505!! Very clean, well maintained grounds & rest areas :) I stayed in the spacious tent cabin for one evening this weekend. All while enjoying volleyball & horseshoes right off the deck! Plenty of green grass for the kids to run & play, it was a quiet night around the park! Pet friendly too!! I would defiantly stay here again, make sure to book early! The tent cabin is furnished with blankets a mini fridge, a heater & a coffeemaker!! BE AWARE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We arrived at 3am just to stay overnight. The next day one of the workers at the vineyard rv park rushed us to move our rv with no consideration. She told us that theres another rv vehicle waiting to take our spot. But there is no rv/trailer waiting at all. We were only 10 mins late. I do not recommend this place at all. We were on line for the shower and seems like the staff is rushing us like not to shower anymore.if check out is 11am check in should not be 11am as well.its not like a hotel room that they have to clean after a guest. read more

Me and my husband have been here for a week and are staying over a month due to his work schedule. We are new to the area and love that it is not backed up to the freeway like most parks, it is slightly tucked away yet close to everything Vacaville has to offer. The park is huge, we are in the newer area they just added and it is very nice. Full hookups, good WiFi, we got to bring the dog for a small fee (she loves the dog park), the amenities are great. The customer service is great too, all staff has been very nice and accommodating so far. Just wish they offered the good Sam discount for the monthly spots! So glad we found this place, way better than the other rv parks we were looking at! read more

The new area is very tight but clean and all full of residents, a one night camper is set up in a hot, dirty site next to old rvs!! Customer non-service. From my initial contact with them to see if they had any sites availible I could see they could care less. They tell everyone that they have a 40 person waiting list so you have to make other arrangements, then call you back at the last minute. I've talked to others and this is what they do. Gravel in the old section creates dust that covers everything, inside and out of your unit and vehicle. A couple of the lady's in the office try to help and are nice, but others are not, treat you like a tenant, not a customer. I say find another spot if you can. read more

We made reservations to stay at the Vineyard RV Park in Vacaville .CA. Because we live in Eureka and have many slides during winter season we always call Cal Trans for road conditions. Unfortunately there was a slide on hwy 101 which we didn't hear about until late evening the day before we would be in Vacaville. We called the resort early morning and explained our situation which was beyond our control. We told them we understand their policy of charging a $7 cancellation fee but we were told that because it was less than 24 hours they would charge us the total fee which was $53. Nothing in the Good Sam Travel Guide or completion of an online reservation does it state anything about a 24 hour cancellation policy. It is sad that they they could not take into consideration our situation. WE WILL NEVER GIVE THEM OUR BUSINESS ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I COULDN'T COMPLETE MY COMMENTS WITHOUT ONE!!!! read more

Worst place we've ever stayed. Dirty, full of people partying all hours of the night and the staff doesn't seem to care.

With family in the area, this was our third visit in the last year. Our back in-site was in the older section right across from the office. Hook-ups were at the very back of the site requiring 2 links of fresh water hoses & 2 links of sewer hose. The site was level gravel. Neighbors were so close that none of us could fully extend our awnings, but awnings on these newer fivers often extend out quite a ways. We made 3 phone calls before finding an employee who could find us a site for our entire 5 day visit. (This also happened with our neighbor. They were told things change due to cancellations.). In our previous 2 visits we were lucky enough to get into the newer long term section. It's much nicer. (The grapevines along the back of the site were quite nice, however.). Given the parks location to the Bay Area, we were quite pleased even with this less desirable site. It was quite & safe. That's primarily what we are looking for. read more

We have a 39 foot fifth wheel and when we arrived in June 2015 I was told they were full, however I had made a reservation earlier and had no issues checking in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are nice, well maintained and lots of common "green" space to enjoy. They have an outdoor in-ground pool which we didn't use, but a lot of people and kids did use the pool. The sites are all dirt/gravel and very tight. Hardly no room for side outs (I have 4 of them) without crowding your neighbor. Overall, my pull-thru site was too small for my rig. I had to squeeze my truck as best I could to get off the road. But even worse, our front steps (out the side) landed right onto the dirt road. No room for chairs at all on the side. There was a picnic table on the site, but it was useless since you had to step into the road, walk around to the back of the RV next to the truck (parked precariously) just to sit down on the edge of the dirt road. There was a huge pine tree over the site that had branches too low and hit the RV when pulling in, as well as dropped pitch all over my truck and RV during our stay. Also, this park had a lot of permanent and/or very long term renters. And the section of the park we were in had many of these trailers. These renters were O.K. somewhat friendly. One trailer had an A/C unit cut into the side of their home and junk in their yard (just like you might picture in a "red neck" trailer park), and many of these long term renters had very nice, new, polished sports cars. The park had 100% recycling and was near a lot of shopping, restaurants, etc. The Wi-Fi was decent, but all in all, not the experience we were looking for (open space, nature, water nearby, some shopping), so we won't be staying there again. Oh, and no vineyards here. But just a 1 1/2 hour drive to Wine Country. read more

There were a lot of long term folks in our area, that basically thought it was their own private park, and acted accordingly. We were on vacation, we won't stay here again. I have driven by this place many times over the years and never thought much of it until this weekend. My friends came to town and camped there and invited me out. I was pleasantly surprised. It's very peaceful, clean, and well maintained. They also have a pool and a clubhouse and I think I saw a laundry facility (not 100% sure) as I was leaving. So the "Erica n" who left the rude immature uniformed review. The "30-50 families" have all gotten tested every 14 days. They also have hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies thru out the day with children and their toys. Also most of the men in that group are lineman which means if they don't go to work and stay quarantine'd ur stores, hospitals, pharmacies, Etc WONT HAVE POWER. They do the maintenance and repairs so those power lines stay on. Think that thru the next time u judge it. Actually get REAL informed information on a place. The office is doing what they can and being responsible. But life has to go on even in a "shelter in place" this park is willing to work with families effected financially cuz so many have lost their jobs. This is a safe place for kids to stretch there legs and get fresh air. Pets to do walks in a clean area. The park is clean and well maintained. Pricey in rent but anything nice and safe is worth being pricey. read more

We arrived right after the office closed, but the staff stayed to make sure we knew what we were doing, where to park, and to give us the wifi code. (the office closes at 9 pm, but they leave a board that lists the available spots open for you to take and then pay in the morning. Office opens 8:30am) We found the ground pretty, with lots of shade. The club house covered patio was covered with grape vines. Lots of amenities, but my personal favorite was the free Kurig coffee in the office - a life saver when you don't have your coffee maker with you. read more

RUDE employees. Wouldnt allow me to cancel my reservation because it wasnt at least 15 days prior. No cancellation policy on their website and i never received a confirmation email or cancellation policy. They said they told me that on the phone when i booked with them. Their word against mine i guess. Either way im out 160 bucks and their still ripping people off from what i can see from other peoples reviews. Let my mistake be a lesson for you!
