The entire "middle" section of the store (this will make sense when you go) is the Irregulars--clothes that didn't come out as expected or clothes that were damages (e.g., a pin hole or a pen mark or a crooked hem or the wrong shade of pink). These are a steal! I think each piece individually is $3, but if you buy 10 pieces, it's only $20! What a deal. The outer walls and boxes (for the most part) are in really good condition, but they might be a season or two behind the current line. So, they are still really well priced. For example, you can get three short sleeve shirts for $18. The hours are 10am-4pm during weekdays, and they are not open on holidays, so it's super tough for anyone who has a regular job to go. There is very minimal parking, which is fine because I'm usually the only person there when I go.

Say shoplifting is an issue since it's right off the street, in my years of retail we were advised to give extra service to those we suspect - ask open ended questions, offer a basket, make small conversation and help them at the register. If you were wrong, the customer got good service and will recommend to others. If you were right, you detered theft. Seems simple enough!
