I was ready to pay and leave with the item just to find out it wasn't the correct item once I arrived and the price for the item I wanted was more than I came with. Mind you I live 20-30 minutes away from this location. I noticed another item at the store which was labeled $300 (which was more than the item I had in mind to buy) and i was informed if I paid in cash I wouldn't pay taxes, which i already knew since I've bought from here multiple times, and most smoke shops do this. So I left and brought the exact cash, just for the girl to tell me 1. the price tag was the wrong price it was $315 and 2. I still had to pay the taxes. So I asked her to call the owner and explain the situation and the owner (Anthony) advised me to buy the item online if anything. Instead of honoring their mistakes, they rather humiliate you (after already going back and forth to their shop) and lose a loyal customer over some extra cash...the money wasn't the problem I was willing to pay it, but it was the way the situation was handled and a mistake on their end they didn't want to honor.

Horrible customer service from the employee in the photo…read more I come to this location regularly and have never had an issue before, which is why this experience was so disappointing. During my visit, I was holding a product when the employee suddenly took it out of my hands without any explanation or communication. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely addressed the situation, my concerns were dismissed. I wasn't looking for an argument, I simply wanted an apology and an acknowledgment that the interaction was inappropriate. Unfortunately, the employee refused to apologize, refused to provide their name when asked, and was unwilling to help me contact a manager. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was not given any reasonable options to resolve the issue. Rather than attempting to address my concerns, provide contact information for management, or de-escalate the situation, the employee chose to call the police. This felt unnecessary and somewhat demeaning, especially considering I was simply trying to have a conversation and find a resolution. At that point, I was left with no way to address my concerns other than leaving this review. I made several attempts to resolve the matter respectfully and directly, but was met with a lack of accountability at every step. As a result, I informed the employee that I would be taking a photo so management could identify who was involved and review the situation. I understand that managers cannot always be present, but employees should still be expected to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism. What was most frustrating was not even the initial incident, but the complete refusal to communicate, apologize, provide management contact information, or offer any constructive way to resolve the issue. I hope management reviews this situation and takes appropriate action to ensure customers are treated respectfully and professionally in the future.
