He was suppose to be caring for our older Isabel Doberman because he was acting lethargic. He showed his true colors when he decided to prescribe prednisone and not do his due diligence and monitor the dog he left him on the prednisone for over 5 months eventually weakening the dog to the point of no return and killing the poor baby. When questioned he became extremely arrogant and irate making false allegations and extremely rude. When we complained to the owner , the office manager Ann called and  apologized profusely. In December, I was told that if I couldn't keep my dog calm, I should call, and they would prescribe something else. Now, four months later, when I reached out for help, I was suddenly told to take my dog elsewhere instead of receiving the care I was assured would be available. To make matters worse, my primary vet won't step in because the cardiologist is managing his treatment. Meanwhile, my dog is in heart failure with less than six months to live, and I'm left scrambling for support that should have been there. Adding insult to injury, when I called to speak to the doctor, his nurse lied and said he wasn't there--despite the receptionist telling me he was with a patient. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, he chose to send an email instead of calling me, avoiding a real conversation when my dog's health is at stake. I tried to call Emily the manager and she also chose not to return my calls. This experience has been frustrating, disheartening, and completely unprofessional. If you want a cardiologist who is honest, reliable, and truly cares about your pet, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
