I stumbled upon them when shopping at the bakery next store. I was greeted promptly and all the employees were friendly and helpful. The store is large, well organized and very clean. All COVID-19 protocols were in place. There were several things that stood out. One of the best selections of any wine store I've been too. Large inventory, fair prices, the employees are well versed on not just price and selection. They know the history of many of the brands, the relationship of the producer with the distributor, first hand knowledge of the product and they don't try to oversell you. I'm not sure if I was speaking to to owner or not although he said 80% of the wine they sell is under $20. I was willing to spend more than $12 although he assured me this was a great wine regardless of price. I find that there were some great red wines produced in California in 2016 and look for those. I purchased 3 reds from $12 to $24. I will update my review once I have tried them. I originally came in for a Simi Merlot which they did not have in stock at the time. They do carry some of the top names in wines and I'm spirits. Whether you are a novice or a connoisseur they sound like they can tailor the conversation to that individual and truly want to help you make the best choice for your palette and your price point. I would highly recommend them and will see if I move them to 5 stars after trying their recommendations. read more

This place has a Sommelier Ted C. who is so knowledgeable. Goes to France and Italy and buys directly. Picks our $12 bottles that are great. This place has so many white wines that I was unfamiliar with so it's an adventure with every visit. Check out their discount display where it's 30% off and the place may not sell it anymore. Opened last fall. Large selection of wines and spirits, with more variety of the latter than I've seen at other stores in the Great Neck / Manhasset / Port area. Prices are reasonable and they offer tastings. Plenty of parking in the back private lot, or on the street in front. Highly recommended. read more

Very helpful and informative staff can guide you to great bargains at this place. They never try to sell you a pricier wine for the sake of it. A broad selection of fine international vinyards will have you mesmerized for a good amount of time. If you are INTO wine or Scotch, this is the store with the best selection in or around Port Washington, Manhasset, Roslyn area. Want a great Pinot noir for $20 - they'll mix a case for me and I'll look like I know what I'm doing. I don't, but they do.
