We were waiting in a check out line that was nearly 40 ft long. When I asked the manager (who was the checker at the time) if he could call another checker, he announced that they have no other checkers even though there were several employees stocking shelves and one using his cell phone. It wasn't even the fact that the other employees were available but the particular tone that the so called manager exibited when telling myself and the customers in line this blatant lie. Patrons should not have to experience such bad service from retail stores intened to serve the community

Very slow checkers with almost always unnecessary lines. Hope this is just rumor but have been told certain employees let their friends steal. Locally owned and operated, the team was amazing from start to finish -- professional, friendly, and fun to work with. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The blinds themselves are beautiful, high-quality, and surprisingly affordable. One arrived with a very minor shipping imperfection -- something I honestly wouldn't have even noticed -- but the installer insisted on replacing it so that everything would be flawless. Two weeks later, the new blind was installed at no cost and with a smile. I love supporting local businesses, and Budget Blinds of Healdsburg truly deserves the praise. I have never enjoyed the process of a remodel until I hired this Designer who has an impeccable team that works with her. She is creative and has an eye for style in whatever I've explained I like. I really cant say enough good things here but my favorite points to share are: 1. great design 2. great team of skilled workers 3. attention to details 4. no excuses-projects finished on time 5. good vendors/for picking out materials etc. Le Petit Chateau made it fun to improve my property.
