This is a great shop to browse, get ideas, pick up a game or comic, etc. The workers are all super friendly and willing to help out in any way needed. Watch the retailer website for great deals and special sales too. Only downside is many of the used item prices are much higher than other spots. Just check prices and you will be good to go. It's like a hit or miss here. Some workers are very nice and cool, but there's a few who are very rude and ignorant to pricing. I get the store has to make money but up charging Pokémon singles cards on display at graded price points when they aren't even graded and especially in bad shape is pretty messed up lol I want to sell my cards and especially buy some singles but it's frustrating when you try to explain the condition and price points on "TCG" or "Price Charting." read more

Had a terrible experience here when I was waiting to buy a ps5, some games and books another customer was selling. I love talking games and movies just as much as the next person but the employees were talking non stop and taking forever to help the customer in front of me. Really hate wasting time and money I'd rather be spending in the store instead of dumb trips back and fourth because they want to be lazy. Pretty decent selection here as compared to other local locations. It was also laid out nicely! Some of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful, and some of the other staff members seemed as though they would rather be anywhere else. Overall this is one of the better OK locations. read more

Store hours on Apple Maps stated they closed at 10 so me and my partner made the drive up there. We are in fairly frequently and were wanting to browse and find another novelty item that we didn't need but wanted to spend money on. We arrive in what we think is 1 hour before close, to have the door shut and locked in our face while the employee can hear us audibly confused. Offering not explanation. Again, apple maps states 12-9, yet two other signs are posted on the door BOTH with different hours of operation. I'm submitting a correction on apple, but I feel this was rude and a bad move to customers who THOUGHT you open. When I went to buy a game I was told it was 24.99. When I went to check out the game was. 49.99. The guy helping me turned around to get some help. Then his manager showed up and told the game was 49.99. I asked what the reason was and why the dude working there told me it was 24.99. The manager gave me a very vague explanation and I still don't know why I was told the game was 24.99. The manager was very rude and needs to learn some social skills. I was prepared to buy other games as well. Needless to say I will never be coming back to any vintage stock. People that work there doesn't even know the process of their own products. read more

This was a really cool store. It kind of reminded me of the comic book store in "Big Bang Theory" except this one is a little more video game inspired. I was shocked to see atari games. I had no idea there was anyone in the world that still sold those. They had them for like 99 cents a game. I was impressed with all the different stuff they had and stuff even from my child hood! It was pretty organized and easier to find what you wanted than most places that just piles of stuff. The staff was clearly very knowledgable and loves what they do. read more

This store is great. They have EVERYTHING! Yea there's a best buy a few doors down, but for a real gamer's need this is the place to be. I brought my little brother here to get the Just Dance series on Wii. Parking was abundant, and easy. And although we couldnt find the game ourselves, the staff was super nice and eager to help us find exactly what we were looking for without judgement or hesitation. This place is pretty much a Fanboy's dream. Lots of comics, video games, dvd's and music. They also carry a large assortment of vintage action figures and toys, and I do mean vintage as in the real deal. They also have about every gaming console you could ever want including an Atari, and a Collecovision. Go if you're a fanboy, or are nostalgic for those days of yester year post 1980. read more

This was the second time stopping by this place. I was told that they will buy any dvd, cd, funko pop, etc back from you. I wanted to make some room so I sold various dvds, cds and funko pop. Since you are selling it at a store like this you are not going to get top dollars for it but you will receive a decent price based on what it is. If you take the gift card option then you will get more than if you take the cash option. Out of the three types of items I sold I go more for the funko pop. What they do is look online on ebay for the item and find something that is comparable and then buy it back from you at around that same price. I was very pleased with the transaction and glad to get rid of some of my items that have been laying around. read more

I go there time to time with my mother looking for cheap d&d books and old vintage games, and up to now I haven't really had a bad experience. but we went in to buy an NES and some games so my mom could finally learn to play some videogames so we picked some games and went to the desk and purchased the items. We had virtually no problems, until I went home to check to see if it worked correctly to no avail. It wouldn't read any of the games, and I assume it has a faulty reader. I'm not too upset because they have a great return policy, and every game we purchased seems to be in working order. Other than that I adore the store, and other than a weird awkward pause occasionally (mostly because me) the customer care is good. read more

From DVDs to Stuffed animals to Magic the Gathering to Console video games this place is nerd/geek heaven. Prices are pretty good and the customer service is even better. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to answer most all questions. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to get good movies and used video games. read more

If I ever want to find some obscure DVD ill check this place before I go to Amazon because chances are, they'll have it. Along with DVDs they have a wide variety of comic books and video games, along with older gaming systems. If you need some quick cash, sell them your old movies games, etc. The in store credit will obviously net you more money, but the cash payout is generally decent for what you give them. The store has a fairly decent selection of movies, games, etc. For the most part it's all reasonably priced. Where I take umbrage with the establishment is that I can't get my military discount without giving them information from my driver's license. If I show you my military ID then I should get my discount. I'm not interested in having a "military account" built for me. So instead of honoring the discount I had to pay full price for my items because I see no need for random strangers to see things like my address. This is the only business I know of that requires something like that. Needless to say my trips here will be even less frequent. read more

I go here to buy all my vinyl records and to buy systems like Xbox or older systems like the Dreamcast the staff there seems knowledgable and always ask me if I need help finding anything I have been upset that they haven't had a guitar for Xbox 360 guitar hero in all my years going there but it's okay because I got one! I like this one lady that works up there she always helps me in anyway she can and I'm always greeted with a smile when I walk through the door and they are hardly ever busy unless is a thing where they have a buy two get one free or or buy one get one half price or a military discount day overall a good store for people who are wanted to be treated with respect and kindess! read more

My son and I went into this location a few weeks ago during your 4th of July sale and he wanted to trade in his Xbox for money and/or credit towards another Xbox because his is the older version and his head phones wouldn't plug into it and it didn't have built in wifi. They would not take his xbox because we didn't bring a controller. I asked if we could just give them the controller from the Xbox we would be purchasing and they said, they could do that, but we would have to purchase the xbox first, then they would do the trade, so the store credit or anything we would get from the items he brought in wouldn't count towards it. I said, ok so what if we just bought a controller here first and then traded it? they said, you COULD do that, but the controller cost as much as we would give you for the trade in. He told me I should just go home and get one. I said, I live in Choctaw and I don't understand what the big deal is, if we purchase an Xbox from you, we are spending almost $200, and you can't just take the controller out of it before we purchase it and have it go towards the credit? You'd rather us walk out of here empty handed? He said, ma'am, we have to have a complete system to trade it in. DUMB! I also had a wifi adapter that I JUST purchased from the location in OKC on May Ave in June for $50 and they were going to give us $16 for the wifi adapter, a cooling fan, and a usb cord. I said, but I just purchased this not even a month ago and I paid $50, and you're only going to give me a few bucks for it? He said, no ma'am, you got this in January, I can tell from the date on the sticker. I said...UM no, I don't care what your sticker says, I purchased it a month ago, and I know this for a fact because we didn't even have that Xbox until June because we were robbed on May 20th and all of my sons consoles and games were stolen, this was given to him by a fireman and we didn't have any of this in January. He said, well I'd have to call the other store to verify that. I said, so what if I have my receipt for it, can I just return it? he said, no because we don't take returns. I said, well they told me I could return it if it didn't work with his Xbox because I wasn't for sure I was buying the right thing, and the kid said to me, "well, it worked". Ummm how would he know? He never even asked me if we were able to use it. Long story short, you might want to train people who work for you to NOT let a customer who is basically begging to spend money in your store, to not let them walk out without making a purchase. We will more than likely be spending the rest of our money and making the purchase of the 360 at gamestop instead. The people at the location by Tinker off 29th and Air Depot are RUDE and not willing to help anyone, they all seem too busy, and really annoyed by people who are bringing things in for trade or dredit. We used to spend quite a bit of money here, but with that kind of treatment, I'd rather go to gamestop. read more
