My new go to tailor! I recently got a suit adjusted here and the staff were all so sweet and professional. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and it was ready that Saturday evening. Merlin and the team at Vintage Tailors made my wedding dress fit like a glove, and when I gained weight during the stress of the months before my wedding and found I couldn't fit into the top of the dress like I had before, Merlin and the team squeezed me in 2 days before my wedding day and saved my day by restructuring the top of the dress to fit it to me once again and make me feel beautiful when I was agonizing and stressing. Merlin actually made the finishing touches after hours and met me after 10pm the night before my wedding to make sure I had my dress ready in time. This isn't a normal service; it was Merlin being a caring and generous person. My dress was gorgeous; Merlin definitely saved the day. She is a wonderful human being and definitely went above and beyond to make my wedding day wonderful. These are the tailors to go to for professional, kind, and supportive care. I lost over 35 pounds in the past few months and my husband and I are renewing our vows so my wedding dress was three sizes too big. I went to many different tailors all of them saying it would be over $200 just for my dress but I also had a corset and petticoat that needed to be altered as well. But vintage tailors did my corset, Petticoat and wedding dress for under half of what everyone else was asking me for and in half the time. I relax knowing that my dress fits perfect again. These ladies are fantastic and I cannot promote them enthusiastically enough! I regularly entrust them with my most expensive and delicate clothing, and I often ask them to make significant alterations to things for a more personal fit/style. I always know the work will be flawless or, if there is an issue, I trust them to make it right. I have never, ever been overcharged; conversely, I sometimes wonder if they charge enough. If some people here can't recognize quality work then that's a shame but you won't regret taking your things to Vintage Tailor in Vintage Park! read more

HIgh prices, bad quality. This is the only tailor I have used that doesn't routinely mark a hem from more than one side in order to assure that it is even. It is the only tailor I have used that puts ridiculous front darts on a jersey top, rather than taking the top in from the sides. The shop is very attractive, and the owner is very friendly. But if you want good quality at reasonable prices, this place is a disaster. read more

Wonderful work done! I had a few pairs of pants hemmed, a dress that needed to be taken in, a zipper added to a dress, a suit jacket that needed the sleeves shortened, and a leather jacket from the 70's that I needed the sleeves shortened as well. For all of that, it was only $160. And the leather jacket was only $50, I thought it was going to be double that price! Everything fits very well and it's definitely professional grade. Now I don't have anything else that I need tailored, but if I do..I would come back in a heartbeat. Super impressed! read more

Over the past few months, I've brought about a dozen pairs of pants to Vintage Tailors to be hemmed/tapered, along with a couple shirts that needed some minor alterations. Until recently I haven't had many tailoring needs, but now that I do it's safe to say I've found the only tailor I will ever need. Not only are they quick, efficient, and up front about everything that will be done and what the result will be, but they are extremely pleasant, professional, and also have a way of knowing what you want even if you're not 100% sure yourself. For example, I brought in a couple of jeans to be hemmed and specified what I thought at the time would be the right length. They turned out really short and I was dismayed thinking this was irreversible. As if to anticipate this situation, they left plenty of extra fabric inside my jeans so that this could be fixed. I took them back and they fixed them for me free of charge, even though it was my fault that I specified the wrong length. Top notch customer service. And did I mention quick? They have same day service if you really need it, but I'm usually not in a hurry when I bring in my clothes. Occasionally I have stopped by a little earlier than when they say they'll be done whenever I'm already in the shopping center for lunch, and sure enough my clothes are ready for pickup. Vintage Tailors far exceeds my expectations and I will be sure to go to them for any tailoring needs. read more

I couldn't be happier with the way my WEDDING DRESS turned out thanks to the girls at Vintage Tailors! They made me feel comfortable and confident that they could have my dress altered to meet my expectations. They also were very quick, they altered the dress in about 2 months! They were practical and the alterations were much cheaper than other wedding dress tailors wanted to charge. I enjoyed receiving individual attention as well as recommendations from the girls on what would look best. I will definitely be bringing clothing here from now on in the future as well as referring other brides to Vintage Tailors. read more
