When I started having an issue with it, thinking it was an allergic reaction, I called them to ask what I needed to do to switch the jewelry. During that phone call I was meet with blame and ridicule of my cleaning regiment. Suffice to say I was uncomfortable with returning to their location. After an hour of looking on line I found Nikki. During the phone call with Nikki I instantly felt supported and sympathized with. She gave me a few tips to sooth the irritation, and also booked me an appointment in the midst of her busy schedule. During my appointment she amazed me once again with her kindness. When she looked at my irritated piercing she determined that the previous piercing shop had given me jewelry that was too long and was causing a rub burn. Even when Nikki changed my jewelry to a shorter piece she made made sure I was comfortable, talking to me and distracting me with laughter. As a result the whole process was almost painless despite the wound's irritation. If I could give Nikki 10 stars I would. And from this day forward I will only recommend Nikki if anyone ever wants to get a piercing done. She's by far worth the wait.

It is obvious that Stephanie is a most knowledgeable Master Aesthetician but she is also a lovely, calming person and gained my immediate trust. I also appreciated her step by step explanations that made me feel even more comfortable to know what to expect. The treatments I received were medical grade chemical peel, IPL, skin resurfacing, aka Viva treatment and micro needling. The results were immediate, which added even more value!
