The only bad complaint I have is a few days later I had a concern that I needed some advise on as it was my first tattoo, I left a message and NEVER got a call back, so that's pretty disappointing. I had to seek out advise elsewhere and I shouldn't have had to. I will most likely use the place again but a different artist as someone else there was recommended for it.

We had made an appointment, paid the $40 deposit, and walked in excited and ready to make a fun memory for my girls. Instead, Jeric Radford managed to turn what should have been an exciting experience into one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing customer-service experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, Jeric was rude, condescending, passive-aggressive, and completely unprofessional. He demanded identification from my 13-year-old daughter. We didn't have the exact form of ID he wanted, but we showed him a screenshot of her school information and were actively trying to provide additional documentation. Rather than simply explaining the policy like a professional, he repeatedly reminded us that it was "in bold letters" when making the appointment online. Yes, Jeric, we heard you the first time. And the second. And the third. Apparently repeating yourself is part of the customer-service training here. While we're scrambling to provide whatever documentation he needed, he then tells us that he can no longer see us because our appointment time was up. He repeated that several times as well--as if we somehow forgot in the 30 seconds since he last announced it. The irony is that the appointment wasn't even allowed to move forward because of the identification issue HE brought up, yet somehow we were made to feel like we were the problem for running out of time. Watching my daughters go from excited to disappointed was honestly heartbreaking. This wasn't just a piercing appointment. It was supposed to be their first piercing experience, something they were excited about and would remember. Instead, they got to experience firsthand what happens when someone has absolutely no interest in treating people with basic kindness or professionalism. And let me be very clear: I don't care how talented you are at tattooing or piercing. Talent does not give you permission to treat people like garbage. If Jeric worked for me and spoke to customers the way he spoke to us, he wouldn't be working for me for very long. Businesses spend thousands of dollars trying to attract customers, only to have one person with a terrible attitude drive them right back out the door. There was ZERO warmth. ZERO professionalism. ZERO attempt to de-escalate the situation. Just attitude, excuses, and an obvious lack of concern for the fact that two young girls were standing there having their excitement completely crushed. Jeric, you may want to consider that the problem isn't always the customer. Sometimes it's the person looking back at you in the mirror. I sincerely hope you learn that being kind costs absolutely nothing. If you don't enjoy interacting with people, customer service might not be the career choice for you. As for Trash City Tattoo: we will never be back. There are far too many talented artists and piercers who understand that customers deserve to be treated with respect. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Your money--and your experience--will be better spent somewhere that actually appreciates both.

Xia was my piercer and determined the first lobe piercings were still open and could get a ring through on each side, which was awesome. We discussed placement of the second piercings and whole procedure was done quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate front desk staff and Xia for all their help. Mark Tierney did my FIRST tattoo here and all I can say is WOW. I contacted Mark on Instagram and he got back to me in a timely manner and was very helpful with any questions I had. I came in to this with extremely high expectations because my tattoo was very personal to me and it truly meant a lot. I wanted to have my dogs exact paw print tattooed on my leg in a water color type design in a very vibrant blue. All I had was a painting of my dogs paw (I painted the bottom of my dogs paw before he passed away and put it on paper) and he was able to create an incredible stencil from that. Right away I was impressed by the stencil! It was the perfect size and he put it on my leg in the exact spot I pictured. He even re did the stencil because he wasn't confident in the way it first looked on my leg. He then sat down and custom made a color that I liked by mixing some of his colors together (impressive). I wasn't sure how it would look but I trusted him and the color came out amazing. Mark made me feel very comfortable the whole time. He even took the time to show me all of his utensils were clean and brand new before tattooing me. Like I said people my expectations were EXTREMELY high and this tattoo came out better than I could have ever imagined. I would never get a tattoo from anyone else besides Mark. I went to Mark for my first tattoo last February, and it was a great experience. I walked in with a simple line drawing and a few reference images and an idea in my head. Mark listened to my ideas, then took my original drawing and reference images and created an awesome tattoo for me. I've gotten many compliments on it, and I'm planning to have him add a couple more tattoos alongside the original one. Mark is generous with his talent and his time, and Necropolis Tattoo itself is a clean and professional but chill shop with a friendly vibe. Do your research, go in with reference images, and be patient, and you'll be rewarded with a wonderfully original work of body art. Every time i have been there it has been a great experience. My best friend started her rib piece there and so after i saw how amazing her work was I decided to go there. My friend and I both went there. She got a cover up tattoo and it was great and I got a piece behind my ear. They were very clean and professional and made sure all paperwork was signed as well as took a copy of my DL before any work began. After my experience there my husband went to get some work done. They were very busy and Ryan made sure to get him in with one of the other artist rather than sending us away. We both have had a lot of work done in Southern California and to finally find a shop that we are happy with their work and professionalism was a blessing. read more

Dylan is by far the best artist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The work that he does absolutely blows me away every time. He's super professional, has a very gentle touch, and really tries to make sure that you're comfortable throughout the entire process. He is very easy to work with and does a great job of accomplishing the vision that you're trying to achieve. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I've been tattooed by him twice now and can honestly say that of all of my tattoos, his are hands down my favorite. Both times now he has far exceeded my expectations. My Husband and I went to see Dylan to get some custom anniversary tattoos. We could not be happier with the results! He was able to come up with designs that perfectly captured what we were going for, in his own style (which is why we wanted to go to him in the first place), and he was very easy to work with on-site when it came to minor change requests (which were few). His execution was excellent, and he answered all of the questions we had. Generally just a cool laid back person as well. We also really enjoyed the rest of the crew we interacted with at the shop. I love this place! I had my first two tattoos done here, and both of them were done by Riley. He is so incredibly sweet and wonderful. At every part of the process, he was making sure that I was comfortable and not nervous. I made an appointment, and showed him what my original designs were, and he adapted them to be better suited for tattoos. I was really nervous to get my first ink, but Riley made this process so much better and so much less nerve racking. I'm definitely going here for future tattoos as well. This shops artists are super busy, and good at what they do. If their portfolio isn't what you're looking to get, don't go with that artist. Go to the one that specializes in what you want. They are fantastic at what the do, and want what's best for the client. Most shops just have whoever do whatever walks in the door without taking into consideration if that artist is really meant for the job. Be patient, it will be worth it. read more

I came in for a coverup, and was not told that it would take two sessions with a minimum of $500 for each visit. The first visit was unnecessary, he had no idea how he was going to perform my coverup. He blasted the coverup area with grey that didn't hold very well. The second visit, he completely changed the plans for the cover up to something I didn't like so I had to wait until we figured something out when he initially said he was super confident to perform the coverup as planned. There are also grey areas he was too stoned to remember to cover up. Also during the first visit, it looks like he just rolled out of bed and came to work, messy hair in a ponytail he clearly slept in, also in his pajamas... During the second visit, I brought an 18yr old family member. Dustin proceeded to smoke weed/dabs twice in front of us. He then made comments about a trans person throughout the entire session, and not in a positive way. I'm hard to shake and this guy gave off weird vibes. Not creepy, just... weird... Could not wait to get out of there. And I am not 100% please with the coverup but no way am I going back. I feel ripped off.

The school is now telling me that if i WOULD HAVE come to school, I would be over 50% done... Trying to use verbiage like they gave me materials and homework which if i completed would have put me at the 50% completion point -- but they have zero documentation of me completing anything. On my student file it would say i've completed 0 hours and 0 tests and 0 assignments. It is quite obvious that this is a scam, you can't lie and say someone received an education they didn't, just to keep their money. Education institutions CANNOT do this.

I came in within a minute of the appointment time and still had to sit and wait for about ten minutes before they had me seated and still hadn't had anyone start working on my nails. Eventually they did, but they kept switching who was working on me, repeat steps, and leaving me to go work on walk ins who they took although they seemed understaffed. I had acrylics removed and a solid color (shellac) applied and I was there for about an hour and 45. It was frustrating that it wasn't one consistent person or consistent attention to be started and finished in one go. The polish was applied well and hasn't chipped. So again, application and attitude are wonderful. But knowing their limits, time management and the wait time are not worth it in my opinion

I have been hesitant…read moreto go to do my nails, especially a pedicure because a couple of years back I went to a salon, and I contracted a fungus and it was just terrible, but I really wanted to get my nails done and decided to go here. I met with both ladies, explained my situation about my ugly big toe, and they were so understanding about it. They recommended putting a tip on my big toe, and encouraged me to do a gel nail on both hands and feet because it would last longer. I said ok sounds good. Spent $80.00 plus tip. Well, 6 days later, I took my sock of and the toe with the tip and powder lifted right off and I had to have urgent care take the it off. It pulled back all the way to the bottom and hurt so bad. Then, less then 2 weeks the polish on my finger nails started lifting and came off. I left a message at about 9 days, no response. So I called and spoke to one of the Anna's. That's where everything took a turn for the worse. I explained what happened and that I wanted a refund. In reality I would have just appreciated an apologize and 1/2 my money back. I was upset because they were blaming me for my situation. Telling me that I was the one that asked for the tip on my toenail. I requested it and so nothing they can do about that. I said no, that is not true, but she was talking so loud above me so she would not listen to me. She told me to come in and they would do it for free. I explained that I don't want them to do it again as I have no toenail on my big toe, and the job they did on my fingernails came off before 2 weeks. Gel nails in the past lasted at least a month, I explained that, but she yelled at me and told me that gel does not last long and that I can come in and she will redo. The way she was talking to me made me feel even more uncomfortable since there was no accountability and only blame. It made me sad and upset and not want to go to a nail shop again. I'm so bummed. They were so nice to me. I understand that it was 2 weeks that I finally called, but I did call prior and gave them time to call me back. They never did. So, as of 2 weeks and 4 days, there is no gel on my fingernails, and half is gone on my toes as well. And no toenail on my big toe. So, that is what happened. At the end of the day I don't think they cared. I won't go back. I won't recommend anyone there either.
