My boyfriend and I went in here today on the hunt for an e-pipe. My bf had one that he loved but ended up losing at a bar one night about a month ago (oops!). We had been searching for a new one since then and hadn't had any luck until we stopped by here. The guy that was working was super friendly and told us that they didn't carry those in their store, but that he'd worked at a different shop (vapor joe'z) that used to carry those and that he would be happy to call them for us and find out if they still had them. We were in luck--he said they had one left and gave us the address! I was so surprised and impressed that he was willing to help us out like that--and send us to a totally different store/company. The shop itself is welcoming and the decor is really well thought out and attractive. Justin was also very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. The vapor liquids that they carry are varied and of high quality. He really took the time to listen to what we like and make fantastic recommendations. My husband and I replaced cigarettes with vaping and are working on quitting. The fact that they offer all ranges of nicotine levels, all the way down to zero, and in so many flavors means that my options are endless as I work towards my goal. Was in Austin looking for a new tank and stumbled across this gem of a retail establishment. The decor was nostalgic and comforting and I was immediately greeted by Matt from behind the counter even though he was with a customer (I love that). They had a ton of devices and hardware but what really impressed me was their liquid variety. They had affordable options and top shelf nationally recognized brands. I didn't want to leave but when I did I had a new set up and now I am going on 5.5 years without a cigarette. A little bit on the pricey side and the parking lot is a mess (not their fault), but good customer service. Additionally, they are the only shop in my immediate area that opens before noon. My glass tank shattered this morning and I would have had to wait a few more hours before Flawless opened to fix it. That and the fact that lately Flawless has been out of stock on pretty much everything I use and need (juice, coils, etc.) and pleading to re-order anything has fallen on deaf ears for over two months now. Vintage has stepped up to the plate and helped keep me stocked with the supplies I need in the meantime. Like I said, they are slightly more expensive than their competitors, but the alternative is either driving in never ending traffic to North Austin or another shop I've never tried before or wait 3 days by ordering everything online. It's the best alternative I've found for now. I still have to go to North Austin to a different Flawless location for juice (the only Flawless that currently has it in stock) instead of Vintage since I haven't particularly cared for any of the flavors I've tried OR the significantly higher price tags for their juices (comparable to my regular brand and mixed berries flavor). They do have some decent flavors that are tasty in small runs, but the store and the flavors they sell are definitely more niche and you'll pay extra for that. Your taste buds will be the best at determining if it's worth it to you as it's all entirely subjective. I would definitely check Vintage out if I were you and I will definitely be going back! read more

Second time here and service was amazing both times. Staff is knowledgeable about the products, current sales, and current news regarding vape/nicotine/CBD. They always make great conversation. Justin, the owner, was so awesome ! I didn't know much about ecigarettes, but wanted to make the change from smoking. I went in on a whim and he explained everything to me and walked me through it all! I ended up buying a "starter kit" and quit smoking the next day.. haven't touched a cigarette since ! My room mate made me aware of this place about 6 months ago. I was really impressed with the staff being able to answer my questions, their prices are reasonable, and it's close to home. There been a few times when I would get home, and noticed the nicotine level was not what I asked for. I informed the staff, and just got a shrug. Lesson learned, as a buyer, make sure your order is right before you leave the store. My other issue happened today. I broke my tank, and needed a new one. Yes, I know it's Sunday, and places have limited hours. I work in a retail/ service industry. so I took it upon myself to check online what the hours are. I couldn't find it, but I'm just around the corner, what's the worse that could happen? I get in the parking lot, and the sign is flashing open. Awesome. I get in the store, simply said "hello" to the fully grown man behind the counter. The man looks at me as if I had leprosy, and in a tone equivalent to a snobby valley girl "Uhhh, dude, we're closed" I apologized, and he snipped back "Yeah, we close at 6...bud' I informed him that the door was unlocked, and the sign is flashing open. (Your suppose to lock the doors when counting down money). I was going to inform him that it's 5:57, and technically you should still be open. But I'm not going to even bother dealing with some asshole sales clerk, who forgot to take his Midol, and had a bad day. read more
