I'd give him 0 stars if I could. Idk if it's because he doesn't like ME specifically, or what. But he's just not very nice whatsoever. (Now keep in mind, my ex husband and I have probably spent thousands and thousands here as we vape and partake in other product they sell, and come in frequently). One time, I came in and before I paid for my products, I said hey just want to make sure yall have Apple Pay, I don't wanna touch anything I don't feel super well. Chewy says "well next time you come in here and you don't feel good wear a mask". (Btw, mask/no mask isn't the issue, it's the way I'm being spoken to, the rudeness behind the comment) lol just one example. Just not friendly, not engaging at all. I've seen him chop it up with other customers which makes me think he just doesn't like me lol. One time Chewy and I did get into an argument over something I purchased. It was a while ago. I don't remember the details. Oh well. Maybe I should've wrote this review then lol. And in all, Liam and rest of staff is great. So helpful knowledgeable and kind. Chewy (Chili?) on the other hand, really shouldn't have a customer-facing role in the company. Doesn't seem to have the personality/awareness for customer service. For me, I really care about customer service so I don't come here as often, I take my business somewhere else. I go to create-a-cig for vape stuff across the street, and for other products I visit Cozy Cannabis (friendliest staff IMO).

Recently Vape City has made changes to their loyalty program. After being reassured from staff that the points would be transferred over and 4 visits into the shop over the last 3 months leaving my information each time to inquire about it, today I was finally able to get the staff to try to speak to whoever is over them at a corporate level and was told to shove it about my original point balance. The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. I've also noticed the owner will step in sometimes to greet or talk during my transactions with her, which makes the difference in customer service stand out even more. On my last visit, my significant other asked for an item and she grabbed it, then immediately went to the register even though I was still looking at the vapes. He had to tell her we weren't done looking yet. It felt like we were being rushed instead of being able to finish shopping.
