Selections great, value is great. All employees are incredible except for the one in charge of this location, Chewy or Chili I'm not sure his name. But I think it's Chili or Chewy. I'd give him 0 stars if I could. Idk if it's because he doesn't like ME specifically, or what. But he's just not very nice whatsoever. (Now keep in mind, my ex husband and I have probably spent thousands and thousands here as we vape and partake in other product they sell, and come in frequently). One time, I came in and before I paid for my products, I said hey just want to make sure yall have Apple Pay, I don't wanna touch anything I don't feel super well. Chewy says "well next time you come in here and you don't feel good wear a mask". (Btw, mask/no mask isn't the issue, it's the way I'm being spoken to, the rudeness behind the comment) lol just one example. Just not friendly, not engaging at all. I've seen him chop it up with other customers which makes me think he just doesn't like me lol. One time Chewy and I did get into an argument over something I purchased. It was a while ago. I don't remember the details. Oh well. Maybe I should've wrote this review then lol. And in all, Liam and rest of staff is great. So helpful knowledgeable and kind. Chewy (Chili?) on the other hand, really shouldn't have a customer-facing role in the company. Doesn't seem to have the personality/awareness for customer service. For me, I really care about customer service so I don't come here as often, I take my business somewhere else. I go to create-a-cig for vape stuff across the street, and for other products I visit Cozy Cannabis (friendliest staff IMO). read more

Okay so his place is very new, and very small. But dont let that fool you. They have a huge amount of items & products ti choose from. All of the products are brand name, and they literally have a huge amount of mods & pods to choose from. I was beyond impressed with their selection of juices as well! The employees that work there are top notch! The guy that ended up helping us throughout our entire time there, was seriously an awesome dude. He was able to answer literally all of my questions with no hesitation. He honestly knew so much about EVERYTHING in that store! I was beyond impressed! I ended up purchasing a few things, and since i was brand new customer, he gave me 10% off my entire purchase! I was beyond happy with my entire time spent there :) If you drive by and judge this place by its looks just on the outside you'll probably pass it up....but don"t! Amazing shop!!! I came in today for the first time and genuinely felt welcomed. I came in looking for a battery but when I told them about my issue they immediately identified that I actually popped my coil in one of my pens. They also helped me with several other issues and found a juice that was perfect for me. After they replaced my coil, cleaned my vape, and put new juice in it, it was the smoothest hit I have ever had on my pen since I first got it. They say they have deals and do not honor them. Chick behind the counter tried to have me come to her house and check out her "plants." Was charged full price for a deal all employees before knew about but not this one. Told manager and they needed to "have a meeting." It was a great place until I became a regular. The staff is great, but they do not enforce Covid safe social distancing or require masks in the very small store. I felt very uncomfortable as 80% of the customers did not have a mask on. Most businesses enforce this as we are in the middle of a global pandemic. read more

I walked in and was immediately welcomed. There were people hanging out and having a good time. Chili was awesome I told him what was wrong, a piece of my vape needed to be replaced. He got some options out for me and noticed that one matched my nails lol he tried a few different options before he found the perfect one. He was so friendly and knowledgeable I was very happy with my experience. I usually go to the cedar park location and love it but I was in Georgetown and was so happy there was another location. After reading all the positive posts for this place I thought I'd give it a try. I'm an original pen type vaper and went to see their options as my batteries were dying sooner than I liked. Not only did Chili not make fun of me or try to sell me some bigger fancy battery, he explained why my batteries were dying and gave me the solution to fixing it. I went in never having used a vape. I'm trying to get off cigarettes and explained that to them. They were SOOOOO friendly and helped me find the right one that would actually work. They explained all the different types and styles and were really patient with me. I started with one but it's worked so well for my husband that I went back to get a second (so we didn't have to share) and they remembered me and were just as friendly. I'm socially awkward and they made me feel at ease the whole time. I'm really glad I found this place. read more
