BEWARE of hiring this company!!! They were hired to replace a section of Sewer line and NEVER…read moreeven pulled the permit!!! I contacted the city of Roanoke and found this out after the job had been completed. A week after the job was done the sewer backed up into my house again. They charged me to snake it . I paid Another week later it backs up again and they did not return my phone call until after I hired another plumber to come out. They said a partial replacement never should have been offered to me and quoted me 4800 to redo the work that laymans had done and reolace the section of line that they did not replace. Laymans charged me 3400 for the partial replacement said I could hopefully get 10-15 years out of the section that was not replaced. They quoted 10,000 dollars for the full replacement!!! After contacting the city of Roanoke they indicated that replacing a partial section of orangeburg sewer line was a red flag because you should not conect orangeburg to pvc because orangeburg degrades and dosent connect well when degraded. I have contacted the better business bureau , am waiting on a call back from DPOR. and will take them to small claims court if need be. I have compiled quite a bit of evidence so far against them and will not take this lying down.
