After the horrible wind storms and fires we had in January I needed to get my liner replaced due to all the debris flying into my pool and puncturing it. The last two times I had to get a liner replaced, I used a different company, but this time they weren't returning my calls so I found Vinyl Pool Pros. Shaun was very helpful and thorough with everything that needed to be done. Thankfully, my insurance covered 75% of the cost which left me a few grand to pay out of my own pocket, they did a great job. I was very pleased on how fast everything got going once the pool was drained. I hope not to have my liner replaced again but if I do I know who to call!

Shaun came out last week when he said he would and has been wonderful to deal with. He's been patient while we saved for our vinyl liner replacement even with his extremely busy schedule. We just finished our new vinyl pool installation. The process took a few months from start to finish. They laid out a timeline and what to expect. Everything stayed on schedule. The payments were in increments according to the process also. The final payment was given upon completion. Sean was very informative and communicated frequently along the way. He answered all of our questions and concerns. We decided to change things up and go with a dark liner that was borderless. The cost was as we expected based on our last liner purchase and inflation. Our pool needed new vinyl liner and Shaun, Daniel and team were absolutely fantastic. Found them on Yelp and Shaun quickly reached out and was very thorough in explaining the work he's done in the past (including our pool - turns out he built it 20 years ago!) and estimated budget/timeline if we proceed. Then we stalled for a few months but eventually decided to proceed, and he promptly came out to inspect the pool and walked through the details and our options, and provided a quote and timeline which were consistent with the estimate we originally discussed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful so we fully understand and are comfortable with all the decisions. Danny and team then came out to take a full measurement and ordered the liner, and a month later they came back and installed the new liner in one day. The team was professional and thorough, cleaned up after the work was done and gave us clear instructions on what to do once the pool is filled up. They came back two days later to wrap up, and all in all they finished within 45 days from Shaun's initial visit, consistent with the timeline we discussed and within the agreed upon fees. Clear and easy communication, on time and professional. Hopefully we don't need their service again any time soon, but I'll use them again for sure and would recommend them to anyone. We needed our pool Vinyl replaced, and after calling a few places, Shaun was quick to win us over! He was persistent, easy to contact and work with! He had the best deals around! Our pool came out great! The crispy blue water makes you want to jump in every time we are in the backyard!! We were even inspired to redo our concrete around the pool since the vinyl needed replacing anyways! If you have a vinyl pool, I can't imagine coming across a better choice than Vinyl Pool Pros. I originally stumbled across Vinyl Pool Pros on Google a year ago. I had some holes in my 10+ year old liner and was looking into replacing my liner. Right from the start, Shaun was incredibly helpful and informative on the phone, I had a great impression. It was clear that Shaun has years on top of years of experience and I felt like I was in good hands. However, I was able to patch the holes temporarily and decided to hold off on the liner replacement due to personal financial reasons. Shaun was super understanding about this and informed me to contact him anytime we need his service. Upon noticing the pool leaking again this year, I knew to contact Shaun immediately and get the process started. Their pricing is also pretty good compared to their quality of work. Within the span of less than a month (during the busiest season), the entire process was completed from start to finish. Everyone along the way were very specialized in their job, including Daniel who came to get the measurements for our pool, and Jesus and Eric who installed the liner. The pool looks great and I'm so glad I picked Vinyl Pool Pros. Shaun also went the extra mile to give me tips worth 50 years of advice on how to maintain the pool to maximize the life of the liner. I can't say enough good things about Shaun and his team at Vinyl Pool Pros. We had a tear in our old liner (as well as some shoddy drain work done by our previous pool company) and as a result needed our liner replaced. Not only did Shaun get out to us quickly (on a Sunday no less!) he was knowledgeable and personable, and took the time to educate us on what we needed to do in order to keep our liner in good shape and lasting longer (things our former pool company never shared with us). We ordered the liner and it came in within 2 weeks. We were fighting against the weather since it was turning cold, and his team came out within 2 days of the liner coming in. Got the sides resmoothed, liner installed and fixed our drain issues all in one day. The pool looks incredible and we couldn't be happier with it. Shaun even followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied and to thank us for our business. They have earned a customer for life with their honestly and amazing service. 10/10 highly recommend using Vinyl pool pros for all of your Vinyl liner needs. read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I've had Tim as our pool guy for a little over a…read moreyear. And in that year he has struggled to keep our pool clean. I paid him $160/mo and he shows up for 10 mins tops to skim and sometimes brushes, that's it. I've checked the chemical levels a day after he services the pool and on numerous occasions there is no chlorine and the other chemicals are out of balance. In fact, in order to have the pool look half way decent, I've been the one to add chemicals throughout the week. He dismisses it by saying I have a difficult pool. He calls himself a professional and says he's been doing it for many years, yet he can't give any guidance on how to fix things and maintain a clean pool. My wife called the office to make a complaint and Tim was extremely rude to her. He yelled at her and was condescending. This is unacceptable behavior and anything but professional. You do not talk to your clients this way, it is completely disrespectful. If you are considering Quality Pool Care, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Tim, of Quality Pool Care, came out and gave me a reasonable estimate and went step by step to return my pool to it's pristine condition, including an acid wash. After all that was done, he added the needed chemicals for my saltwater pool and checked all the equipment to make sure everything was in good working order. He also made sure that I understood how everything works so I'm more knowledgeable about my pool's maintenance general. If I ever have another issue with my pool, I will definitely call Quality Pool Care first.

Their crew broke a gas and water line, and I was told to fix it myself.l, after i constantly told them before they were there before signing contract and before job started.The project manager never showed up except to collect payment, and they won't even attend the final inspection. Extremely poor communication and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company. Never had a final in person walk through with project manager or company manager, for such a size project for homeowners. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not recommend Premier Pools & Spas. You also never mentioned to me, prior to excavation or even before I accepted the project proposal, that I needed to hire a plumber to handle or standby for possible gas or water line issues. What was communicated to me was that your team was aware there could be unknown lines and that caution would be used during excavation. At this point, I do not intend to continue arguing this matter publicly. You will instead receive my formal feedback, concerns, and documentation directly through your office.

I was promptly helped by the team at Vinyl Pool Pros who were very friendly and quick to help me. My vinyl pool had a few tears due to the use of "water shoes" by my children. The actual company who jolt my pool never told me that this could be an issue with Vinyl and when I called them, they could not help and tried charging me an "arm and a leg" for a patch job. My pool was built less than 3 years ago so my heart was sunken when I got the pricing and I was upset that they never told me about the "water shoes" usage. A relative recommended me to call Vinyl Pool Pros and I'm so happy I did. I tried contacting them on Sunday and left them a message. First thing on Monday morning Shaun at Vinyl Pool Pros called me and asked me for a few pictures of the damage. Shaun quoted me over the phone and personally came to my house the next day to do the work. He was also very kind and showed me how to do the patch for the future. While on the site, Shaun also detected a couple more tears and fixed them for me for no extra charge. My pool builder never came to my house. I only spoke to him via phone and it was a different crew every time they came by to do work. I'm in AWE of the professionalism, honesty and efficiency of the team at Vinyl Pool Pros. I totally recommend this company to any vinyl pool needs. Oh yeah, one final comment. His repair looks great and it was less than HALF of what my pool builder quoted me. If you need help. Call them!! We were needing to replace our pool liner at the end of last summer. We wanted to make sure that the pool was functional for swimming this summer. Living in Ridgecrest, finding good businesses that are willing to come out to provide these kinds of services can be difficult. A friend of ours told us about Vinyl Pool Pros, so we started there to see if they would in fact come out to Ridgecrest to install our liner. They did not hesitate. They said they have come to Ridgecrest many times to provide their services. They said up an appointment right away to go over all of the details. We were pleasantly surprised at the price and value we would be getting from them. What we did not realize how professional and attentive they would be to our needs. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and met the time schedule we agreed on. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and friendly and helped us so much. We have only been in our new home a year and have never had a vinyl lined pool let alone an in ground pool so both were new experiences for us. Our liner needed replaced unexpectedly due to a few different things so my husband called around to get a few quotes and vinyl pool pros was the best quote in our budget so we scheduled an appointment which was easy and they scheduled us in pretty quick which was nice before the summer! Shawn came to our home and explained everything so well, efficiently, and was patient with our questions. He even gave us extra tips, and advice on other products we were curious about and looking into switching to. Mary, who handled our payments was so sweet, kind, helpful and understanding. During the process we had credit card fraud happen to us which made the process of payment delayed turning into a complicated mess but they were so gracious with us and we really appreciated it! This is our third vinyl replacement in our pool. The company that made the last one is no longer in business. After an exogenous investigation we opted for Vinyl Pool Pros. We could not have made a better decision. Our first phone conversation with Shawn explained the whole process that will be done since we wanted to change the depth of our pool from 9 feet to 5 feet for security reasons. Jay, on the other hand, supervised each stage of the process. The precision in the times and the communication with Shawn and Jay made this project very simple. The final result was an excellent job both in the completion and in the details. Thanks Shawn and Jay and thanks to the 3 teams of people who worked throughout the process. I had an issue a couple of weeks ago, part of the liner of the pool came off the rail. I didn't know what to do, we are new pool owners I knew something was wrong but didn't know who to call. You can't find many people that work with vinyl pools, but luckily I found them. Shaun has been great, he explained to me everything I needed to know. He right away said I can fix it no problem, he knew my issue couldn't wait because of the damage we had. He was able to squeeze me in within the same week. My vinyl pool had a small tear in the corner, I called several pool companies, left message and never received a callback. I was online and decided to send Vinyl Pool Pros a message, and received an email response almost immediately. Shaun called me and asked me to send him photo so he could give me an honest answer as to whether it would hold a patch. My pool was originally installed by Secard pools however they failed miserably to help me. I found Vinyl Pool Pros on google and called right away. Shawn was the person I spoke to, I explained my frustration about what was going on with my pool and to my surprise he was able to help me in every way possible. He came out to fix my pool liner within a few days of talking to him, not to mention Secard couldn't even do that, they told me they couldn't get out to my house until December of 2022. When our last vinyl liner finally bit the dust, it was a bit nerve wracking to find a company that wouldn't bat an eye at the peculiarities of our pool--originally hand dug and non-standard in every way possible. Sean and his team took the situation in stride, installing new metal track, the proper skimmer (ours was a holdover from the old gunite pool, not for vinyl) and an expertly measured and fitted new liner. We had purchased a house in Bellflower that came with a vinyl liner pool. Unfortunately the existing liner was old, had several wrinkles and some leaks and the 1st step was over 18 inches from the deck so that first step was dangerous for the knees. We called Vinyl Pool Pros and spoke to Shaun who came by, helped us pick out the design, discussed option for correcting the step and adding a hand rail. We've had a vinyl lined pool for 33 years. It was time to get another liner and we decided we we not going to go back to where we got our previous liners because of poor service. Vinyl Pool Pros is AMAZING! I wish all pool companies took care of their customers the way Shaun took care of my family and our pool. I will only use Vinyl Pool Pros for all my pool needs in the future. SXXXXX was not responsive to my requests for repairs for over a year and did not care about me or maintaining the pool they installed to ensure it's safety with much needed repairs which I was willing to pay for. I called Vinyl Pool Pros and within a few minutes I was talking with Shaun, my vinyl liner came out of the broken track. Shaun assured me he could fix it and it would hardly show any repair. I couldn't believe when he said he would be able to come the next day! That's service! The repair took a little over a hour to fix and it's barely visible, I'm so thankful!
