I like that she is a plastic surgeon and not just a PA or nurse who has gone to some training sessions to learn to inject fillers. Dr. Ashley is very direct and will tell you what you need (which is not always what you thought you wanted). I trust her expertise and have not been disappointed with the results. Yes, there is some pain but it's mostly just tiny pinches and it only lasts a few seconds. I try to schedule my appointments either late in the day or on my day off in case there is any swelling. You can return to work the following day without your coworkers noticing you had something done (they just think you look refreshed). I consulted a handful of naturopathic doctors before I chose one, but nobody compared to Dr. Leander. She has literally saved my life! At least, it sure feels that way! When I came to Dr. Leander, I was having terrible pain in my gut. I became bloated, lost all my energy, and was so weak I could barley move. I went to a gut specialist medical doctor, before I found Dr. Leander. This "gut specialist" gave me 20 seconds of his time, cut me off, and then prescribed me a pill to take. When I asked why I was taking this medication, his exact words were, "This pill is $1200, a pill that expensive is bound to work."
